"Ack!" Kaleb blinked as he was hauled to his feet, and dragged over to the others. "H-hi, m-my name's Kaleb, pleased to meet you." He managed to stutter out. He tried to remember who it was Demyx had told him about at their last encounter, but only recognised one of the names.
He adjusted his glasses nervously, but so far they hadn't done anything to startle him. Luxord had even giving him a kind-sounding greeting, despite the appraising look that had accompanied it.

"Yeah, pleasure...sure.......whatever..."
Bax sighed, watching the others. Being friendly really wasn't on his priorities list anymore.
Demyx tried pulling Kaleb closer to Luxord, grinning at the two.
"Luxord makes reaallllyyy good food! And he introduced me to cupcakes, mmm!"
That finished, the sitarist pointed at the other two.
"Bax there used to take care of me, and Shock...I just met him, but he's cool too!"

"Cupcakes and cookies .... " He shook his head. That was the easiest way to get Demyx to do anything. Promise him something sweet and he was yours.
"Well Kaleb. Its a pleasure to meet you"

Shocker stared at the youth, stunned. The kid thought he was cool?? The thief beamed, caught up in the stupor that an inflated ego brought. "Thanks, kid!" So the young blonde was an annoying captive, that didn't mean he couldn't make a great fan if he wanted to!

Kaleb followed somewhat helplessly as Demyx pulled at his wrist and babbled cheerfully, not sure if he wanted to be dragged closer, but not wanting to offend the other by pulling away. He expected hurting the Audio's feelings would be on the same level as kicking puppies.
He wasn't entirely sure what to do now that he had found himself in this uneasy situation, so he remained silent. He had a feeling he had interrupted something, and was sure he would rather not be caught up in the middle of it.

"You really shouldn't haul people around like that Demyx..."
Bax shook his head, the slightest hint of a smirk evident on his muzzle.
"You're just freaking the poor kid out."
"You're welcome!"
Demyx grinned at Shock before turning his attention to Bax.
"I...am?"
The sitarist whirled around, quickly releasing Kaleb.
"I'm sorry!!"
He did his best to straighten out Kaleb's shirt, uttering as many apologies as he could in the span of a few moments.
"I didn't mean to...."

He moved over and rested a hand on his shoulder. "Demyx. You are going to give the poor boy a heart attack." He chuckled and shook his head. "And if you dont breath between words you are going to pass out"

As amusing as the thought of raising a new fan was, however, Shocker had better things to do, and he doubted he could get the kid away from Luxord long enough to try to educate him on his career. The thief eyed Bullseye, speaking in a tone that wouldn't interrupt the others. "See you around?"

Kaleb blushed and flailed around a bit at the extensive appology. "D-Demyx, don't worry about it!" He jumped a bit as Luxord spoke, and found himself blushing more. Did he really look that nervous?

Would he really? Or, quite frankly, did it matter? Bax didn't really care one way or another if he ever saw Shock again, though it had been a welcome break in the day to see someone he knew.
"Iwon'tpassout!"
Demyx flailed a bit at Luxord before resuming his grooming of Kaleb.
"Don't have a heart attack, pleaseeeee....wait......."
The little one blinked, finally stopping his grooming and staring over at Luxord.
"What...is that anyway?"

He chuckled. "You could, and a heart attack is something that could kill you." He nodded. He ignored the words of the thief. He couldn't care less if the theif was leaving or not.
"It can happen if you get too excited or startled."

Glancing back at the pierced one with no regret whatsoever, Shocker hurried off into the setting sun to seek his luck with other fortunes.

When Demyx paused, Kaleb quickly took a step back before the blonde could go back to fixing his shirt. "D-don't worry, I won't have a heart attack," the small mage said, in an attempt to reassured the other that he wasn't going to die anytime soon. With one member of the group leaving, another not making any sudden moves, and the last one acting rather polite, Kaleb even managed a lopsided smile for the musician.

Deciding now was as good a time as any, Bax quickly slipped off before he had to make up some sort of excuse for Demyx as to why he had to leave.
He'd run into him again, someday.
Demyx, so worried over the condition of his 'friend', didn't even notice Bax's absence. Probably a good thing anyway.
"D-d-die?!"
Demyx squeaked in fear, looking from Luxord to Kaleb. Dying was something he wasn't too fond of, and having first hand experience in it he knew just how bad it could be.
"You swear you won't have a heart attack?! You gotta promise! PROMISE!"
Spaz? Why...yes...yes he was.

He shook his head again. "No one is going to die Demyx." He wrapped an arm around the smaller coated one. "THough someone might if you keep tackling people out of the blue." He chuckled. Demyx would probably forget that the minuet he ran into someone else he knew
