I kinda stopped watching this one in all honesty it really annoyed the crap outta me. Only characters I like on the show are:
Jiraya
Tsunade
Asuma
Kurenai
Gai

The Legendary Sanin. Can't choose one over the other.
Considering what has happened in the series, Jaraiya kicking the bucket, Orochimaru getting his a** handed to him in his weakened state.....Tsunade just sitting around.
Ummm......no one. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to many characters to choose from.

After reading the whole thing, here's my list of favorite characters. (Warning: Spoilers for those who aren't up to date with the manga.)
1- Naruto - The kid can now screw people up at cellular level. Genjutsu be damned, if he gets close to someone, it's game over.
2- Sakura - Breaking stuff down to look tough. And she's cute and a healer, to top all that.
3- Deidara - ******** up guy. I'm almost upset he died, but hey, he was one of the villains.
4- Kakashi - He's Kakashi. I actually liked him more after reading the Gaiden arc.
5- Jiraiya - Pervert, extreme ninja and silly. I really hope he's not dead yet.
6- Tobi/Madara Uchiha - I liked that guy from the start, because he was quite funny. And now that his true identity's out in the open, I like him more.
7- Shikamaru - He's the freaking L/Near of Naruto.
8- Hinata - Not very active, but quite funny (and quite prettier after the timeslip.)
9- Temari - She chopped a forest to splinters with her fan. Damn.
10- Tsunade - She's the ninja version of Naga Sailune. Awesome.
Other good characters that aren't in the top ten:
Sasuke (best semi-villain I've seen in quite some time,) Sasori (pupetmasters are creepy,) Hidan (immortality can be a bother when you're chopped to pieces and smashed by rocks, huh?) Pain (only because he keeps on making me try to guess just who the heck he really is,) and Kabuto (or as I call him now, Kabuchimaru.)

NARUTO ROCKS!!!! I've been reading it in the english mangas since book 1 and haven't stopped!!! I watch the subs and love those even more! My favorite is Naruto Fox Form, can't wait to see Nine tails

cynn_tao I hope Naruto doesn't go to nine tails. He'll die. Oh come on. He's Naruto. His name's in the title. He will probably go all out against Kabuchimaru in the final decissive battle, and tame the Kyuubi (not that way, you freaks!) I mean, he's been using an attack that severs the very links between cells, and hasn't gotten much damage from it. What's a bit of demonic power compared to that? biggrin *SPOILER AHEAD. YOU WERE WARNED. DON'T WHINE IF YOU READ.* In other news... I really hope Sasuke isn't stupid enough to try to kill Madara/Tobi. Specially all beaten up like he is. I doubt he can beat that freak alone, even in full health. And damn it, Tobi can wish his body to not exist... When are the planet-busting ninja going to show up, and the seven Kage Balls, too. The Konoha gang will call the Ryuukage and wish the bad guys to vanish.
