"I would be a prisoner there with no rights back there. Here you are higher ranking then everyone, the only thing is we are unsure wether you would stay if you were allowed to leave on your own. An i dont think i could be happy around such people...afraid of trying to attain true power..."

Nido just watched as akina left, then sighed and drew his sword out slowly and stared at the steel of the blade...He would make his choice soon...

Starting the day after that Orochimaru started to train Akina himself. focusing on much higher level skills. such as how to use her element...water, and the powers within the curse seal. And any time Akina went against what he wished, he made sure there was a victime there to pay the price. and as before a price that was to be exacted by Akina's own hand. He used his skills to try and shape her to what he wanted and needed. And over those few days he planted the seeds necasary into Akina's head. Though he knew that a rescue attempt was brewing...from his men on the inside, and he knew akina would end up back in Konoha one way or another, so on the final day he made her know one thing for sure....if she was to go against him in any way...punishment would be involved, whether on her or helpess others...it would all be her fault and rest on her shoulder.
Then Orochimaru left...of course he didnt tell anyone, even made plans the next day for more training with Akina. but he slipped out of the base abandoning it and everyone there...Nido as well...if he was still valuable he wouldnt die...if he did...oh well.

Sitting in her room, Akina had given up on the idea of anyone coming, and had accepted this was what as going to be the rest of her life...
Until Orochimaru had the talk with her. Then, as she looked into his eyes as he spoke, she knew that the others were going to be getting her.

It was nine o clock at night when they struck, hoards of Konoha shinobi rushing the base... Along with them was Talo and Hiruma, who fought valiantly, both having one person in mind.
This was a rescue mission.

Nido new as soon as the attack started that things were going to turn out badly...they shouldnt have even got that close to the base if orochimaru was there...and he wasnt...Nido knew what had happened...this place was abandoned...and everyone in it...and he was still in it.
first things first.
He collected his weapons. swords, two crossed on his back, on at his side, a dagger horizontal on his belt, kunai, shuriken, explosive tags in his pouch...and then he threw on a black vest...full of other odds and ends...some scrolls, or other tools. He needed to be quick. Fighting was suicide and running was getting harder with every second wasted...he needed to move much faster.
As he got what he needed he left the room rushing down halls and
then came to Akina's room...He knocked, then decided waiting now was suicide so just opened the door...he wasnt sure of what he was going to do, but he needed a moment to think...and by the situation of the room this would be one of the last places reached.

Looking up at Nido, Akina just sighed, before standing, her pouch with her.
"You need to run away from here... but do not go back to Orochimaru. He knew of this attack since yesterday, and did not warn you, which shows that if you do not return to him, he will think you are dead. It is a good start for you. You can become something, Nido. I will be seeing you around, you know where I will be."
She walked up to him, handing him her goggles, knowing he would know the reason why she was giving them to him, before walking towards the commotion.

Hurrying through the place, Hiruma slashed and tore apart anyone who came near, just hurrying through, waiting to see any sign of Akina.
Hopefully she is still here.
He continued to follow with Hiruma, attacking anyone near.

Nido slowly took the goggle and put them on...and turned to Akina jsut before she was out of earshot. "I guess we will ahve to meet again...i will ahve to return these." Then he quickly turned and left...he knew the shortcuts through there, and that he could probably get out wihtout to much of a hasel.
He ran quickly making his way towards an exit that only a few people knew about. If he did get out and was able to start a new life...where would he began? there was so much for him to think of...he contiued to run.
