Co-ownership agreement for Amitiel
Between Syaoran-Puu and xo -- k a i r i
xo -- k a i r i rightsRp rights (IC and OOC)One breeding and a shared breeding.Signature rights
Syaoran-Puu's rightsOOC RP rightsOne breeding and one shared breedingSignature rights
All life altering things must be discussed by both owners, such as life mating and familars. If Amitiel is life mated the remaining breedings MUST be with that mare unless it is broken.
Each owner does not need permission from the other to use there single breeding.
If after six months of inactivity and no reply to PMs xo -- k a i r i will be removed as co-owner, unless she informs Sya she will be on hiatus. xo -- k a i r i can not get rid of Syaoran-Puu as a co-owner, but Syaoran-Puu may give all rights to xo -- k a i r i at any time.

Kitsune Mistress Nyoko Sayuri_Nitta Co-ownership details for;  Contract between Kitsune Mistress Nyoko & Sayuri_Nitta (shortened to KMN & SN respectively in following text)General/RP: KMN & SN have sig rights KMN would have primary rp rights (IC & OOC in guild/thread/AIM etc), SN would get secondary (OOC in shop thread & IC with her own Soquilis) KMN may roleplay her in all settings bar having her be fatally wounded (SN does not want her killed off) Mating/Breeding: KMN has the main choice in who she mates with, be it a proper mate or a series of flings (though SN's preference would be a mating), and SN will want KMN to okay it with SN whoever she does fall for. 1st Breeding: Would be SN's. Baskets to go to SN & other owner. If there is a 3rd basket KMN would have possible rights but that would be a joint decision between SN and the owner of said mate. 2nd Breeding: KMN's, KMN would get a basket, and if there were a 3rd it would be a decision between KMN and the other owner as to who received it (SN will probably say SN have no rights to this one as it's easier when it comes to raffles - but would decide as and when this comes up) 3rd Breeding: The basket that would have been for either SN or KMN would go up for adoption in a rp contest, or given to a mutually agreed upon Soquili newbie. In the event of a third basket in this last breeding, the other owner would decide on a home for it. Activity: KMN must agree to roleplay Squishy as often as she is available. If KMN goes on a hiatus she must let SN know, and if she does not let SN know and SN is unable to contact KMN for a period of 4 months the co-ownership will be considered null & void. RL emergencies are exempt from that. If SN is made aware that KMN has had to leave Gaia and is unable to contact SN then Squishy will be put onto hiatus herself for a period of 7months. If SN has not heard from KMN after that time, the co-ownership will be dissolved.

 Pale Mist has role-playing, plotting, and signature rights equal in value to my own of Monoceros. In case of a breeding, the rights of the baskets go as following:1st Pale Mist and 2nd Radar_Xeanheart; the 3rd shall be decided between the two of us.
