Damien wasn;t really surprised that his name wasn't well known. "With how loud I am I'm surprised you don't know, then again I know your face but not the name." he flopped an ear over in sympathy at the boil and offered an outstretched hand "Damien, or Demi or whatever you want to call me." and in turn poked at the foxfire plush that was in the black eared dog's possession.

"As tempting an offer as that is, I'm stuck in a group with "professor love doctor" over there." he jerked a thumb back to the blushing mess of Bul with Mei. "And he would probably scold me for leaving the group." he finished lamely. "As long as Jove is with good company then I'm good thanks."

However he did bend down a bit to get at eye level with the epitome of puppy eyes known as Jove. "Go get some rest and if you need someone to talk to back in the dorms, you know my doggie door is always open." and quickly turned around to give LW on the shoulder "Stay safe out there." and just like that, he went running back to Willow and her shrine time.

Taryn had entirely forgotten that there were others here with her. She lifted the small shard to her lips and kissed it. Rest well, Hero of Amityville. You had sacrificed much. The ghoul felt a swell of pride roll through her. She would not forget what she had witnessed today. Red was a beacon.

In this piece, Taryn saw a reason to fight, and to fight hard. She would keep it with her.

After a moment of quiet introspection, the chimera stood and placed her emblem in the center of the skull, between the eyes. It was the first time she would be giving it away, and she could think of no one who deserved it more.

Taryn left with her shard and her stone in respectful silence.

Christof gave a grunt as he was suddenly hugged, his face reddening before gingerly giving the Valkyrie a pat on the head. Time to go.

One last look at the desolate crag, the whole thing felt like a dream. But it was time to go.

Making sure the others were close at hand, and Barth was still in his arms, safe, he limped his way to the door, and with only the most minor of hesitation, through.

There was a particular silence that made Bea feel uncomfortable. How long was she gone for? As she took a few steps closer, she could see many students gathering around something gigantic and seeming to be determined about taking something from it. Without saying a word, she approached the crowd and saw what was revealed to be a skull. "...Professor..." Though she didn't know Red at all, the only previous memory of her was when she was fighting the secretary. Shehk seemed to have spoken fondly of her though. Some students were taking parts of her skull as a memento, however, it didn't seem right to Bea. Perhaps it was best to pay her respects and leave the valiant professor to rest... Bea watched the a few students leave their pins at her grave and did the same.



Taking a few moments of silence, she finally walked back into the crowd. It was time to find team venture, and hopefully go home this time. "Willow?" Bea saw a glimpse of a large tiger wandering around. "Willow!" she shouted as she ran towards the ghoul. "Where is everyone else?" She looked up and there was Bul's red hair above the crowd and Demi wasn't too far from Willow. But where was Cady?

Whisper followed the example of the others who were leaving, as she planned to see Natalia after all this was over. She figured it'd be better to see the ghoul outside of the canyon, as this place was...depressing.

Willow's tail flickered as she saw Bea, "Hello Bea." She called with a smile, "I was looking for Cady." She pointed to Bul with her paw who was making..... as Demi so eloquently put it was 'sucking face' and then pointed at Demi.

She paused looking at the pup. "I believe you're jealous." She said in an almost melancholy ton, "Looks like bro time got ended for ghoul time." The tiger gave a grin as her eyes again scanned the area for cady. "Besides I can't really hold a pin in my paw. I don't have thumbs." She held up a paw in front of the pups face. "It's better than hacking up a hairball in your hand, unless you'd rather that."

She then took a deep breath before yelling. "CADY WHERE ARE YOU!?" Normally she wouldn't but the manticore wasn't coming out of hiding. She took a paw and rubbed Red's skull, "Sorry I have to find Cady."
