((Alright, I'm bored. We're starting.))

Eva leapt to her feet suddendly, looking agitated. "Well, this is less than ideal. But we're hardly the only team that wants to train. So, we shall begin!" She hunched over the controls for a moment and the grid flashed white again. When the light died down, the room looked roughly similar, but there were two figures standing inside it. They were gray, expressionless dummies. The only facial characteristics they posessed were a set of wide, black eyes apiece. One had a large black X on his back and chest. They stared directly into the control booth.

"These are our dummies for the day. Right now, the unmarked one is much stronger than the marked one. However, should you damage the unmarked dummy, his friend gets stronger by double the amound of strength lost. Got that?" She didn't wait for an answer. "Also, if you damage the marked dummy, he can alter the terrain." Eva gestured around at the vacant, level room. "One last thing. I won't be leading this exercise. It's up to the rest of the squad to carry this session out however you see fit."

Eva cringed inwardly, but didn't move. Screwups were part of the demo too.

The unmarked dummy leapt to the side as his near-identical twin aimed a kick directly at the back of Yeti's head. As he did this, the unmarked one rolled as he hit the ground and launched himself at Yeti, apparently not caring whether or not his counterpart's attack had found its mark.

Yeti's shot was true: the bullet passed straight through the unmarked dummy's chest, and the thing crumpled to the floor in a convincingly human way. At the exact same time, the marked dummy glowed red. It began advancing towards Yeti: it moved at a liesurely strolling pace.

Eva chuckled from somewhere behind Yeti. "Well, this has been fun..."

Yeti started shooting at the other dummy, at least three shots. He backed a little closer to the wall, he was hoping to maybe jump off of it or run up it as he had seen in those martial arts movies, though the chances of the latter were very unlikely, he had some martial arts training, but not enough to perform a feat like that.

The dummy moved unimaginably fast. It dodged the first two bullets flawlessly, and the third only grazed its shoulder. It snapped its fingers, and all the walls and the ceiling instantaneously sprouted foot-lonng iron spikes. It stopped walking, looking down at its shoulder as a yellow liquid seeped out of its cut.

The dummy resumed its casual stroll forwards. However, the second the magazine gave the click of reloading, it sprang into action. It feinted right, rolled left, launched iself forwards with lightning speed barely an inch off the floor, and then forced one of Yeti's knees into a spike with its left hand while forcing his gun hand upwards with its right. There was no fighting it: it was immensely strong now, after the death of the unmarked dummy. Yeti's failure had been decided the moment he had killed the first dummy.

And Anima did just that. Anima moved out of the way so fast it looked as though he disappeared and reappeared behind Sokato, swinging his sword towards the legs of Sokato to knock him over.
