AD >> Maybe the cop just thought you were cute. Some of them can be pigs...Hee Hee... xd Wasn't that punny?
And yes...I'm stuck being overdressed to my very first underwear party. crying Murphy's Law...
Shiro >> Yes...move to Canada, eh? Things only seem more expensive because of the crappy Canadian dollar. Bring sure to bring lotsa US currency. wink
axel >> Ewww! Jareth bits. I never knew... eek
Darkish >> Aww... Sorry to hear you were sick. Hope you're on the mend. heart
QA >> I've been suffering a lot for my art lately. xd I'll get this CG crap down if it kills me.
Koji >> Oh... I was a Director for the Ghosts & Hauntings Research Society here in NB. I have since resigned because I had a new baby and my crew sucked!!! scream Anyhoo...quick snippit from one research adventure... Bear in mind, I'm a skeptic, ok? I love to research, but that doesn't mean I believe in ghosts. I'm still a firm skeptic, being the logical sort. I just have an open mind....(wind whistles right through it, and I think I've seen tumbleweeds...)
Ok...Story time... Sit on the floor; no time for chair hunting. I went to a house that was supposedly haunted by a poltergeist. The very short history is that the lady living there was married to a Satanist but moved and hid from him there. He found her, had freaky people do some freaky s**t and then wierd things started happening. I have EVPs on tape of a little girl saying "Yes! Turn on the light!" right after I asked if I should. We heard a shelf get picked up and thrown across the bedroom and smash on the other side of the room. We couldn't pick anything else up on our instruments. My crew totally sucked and acted unprofessional by freaking out and crying. rolleyes We left and they refused to go back and finish it. The family moved the next weekend and I couldn't get into the house to finish the research myself. scream Anyhoo... I have other stuff too and I have one clear picture of a possible ghost (not from same place). PM me for a larger version if you like.
My stint there lasted only about two years. It's hard to work with non-logical cowards. stare I still have no conclusive evidence as to the existence of ghosts. I've been asked to go back when my youngest is older, but I'll need a much more reliable team. 3nodding
I always thought dead things were really sleeping unless I saw blood. My mother told me I ran around once all day with a dead mouse in my pocket because I thought it was asleep. There were no marks on it. Likely poisoned. When I think of that now, I get all shuddery. YUCK!!! gonk I'm so glad I don't remember doing that. I was really little and thought I could magically heal all injured/dead animals. That much I do remember. xd Such an odd child...
LOL @ sig art! Frickin' sweet! xd
SJ >> In art events...when someone asks specifically for you to draw them while they are waiting for art from a 'better' artist. sweatdrop How mean is that???? I believe the words were (I should find it): "I really love your work. It's so awesome. Will you draw me, please? I'm really waiting for art from Nyome though. She's my favourite." Should I be flattered I was second choice or pissed off/hurt that I'm not considered upper eschelon (< $5 word of the day xd ). Anyhoo... That's my latest rant. Oh...and when someone accuses another artist (not me that they cheated on their drawing because they used a base). I thought that was cruel! That poor artist... I didn't think they cheated... stare
*Owns a dog only cause I'm allergic to cats. I love the aloof feline who'll only give me some love when they have the time an inclination ( stare Thank God for groomers... I'd rather pay the $25 than suffer the thrown back. Sad thing is she only comes home to roll in the dirt. Ugh! gonk I've never met a stinky cat.
