(I suppose it's better to have rolled and not needed it than have to quote yourself with the roll.) Alex was a bit sore, but had managed to escape from the tree, which had seemed to have calmed down. Once he was at a safe distance, he continued at a slower speed to pace himself.
As the boy was walking along, he'd spot a flash of gray rolling right past him. It would seem the Geodude was in a hurry though at least it wasn't bothering Alex! That in mind, the boy was free to move forward!
Jin-Hua would take a glance at the upcoming wall. Nothing out of the ordinary...at least until she was really close to it. What exactly was this? A death wall? It radiated a deadly aura, probably not the best idea to attempt to climb it.. With that in mind, she attempted to walk around it...
A Wingull let out a squawk before rising into the air and flying off. It would seem Alistair was free to continue~

Alex Trevell
Seeing a lone geodude, Alex pondered fighting it. However, after the experience with the Sudowoodo, he decided to try and stay away with rock types for now, proceeding forward.

Alistair briefly glanced up at the retreating Wingull, thinking for a moment. Water-types were useful, but he already had a flier. And there was no real point in picking useless battles... for now. He pushed forward.
Starter Pokemon: Emogla Name & Level: Lucianna, Level 3 [Temperament] Quiet Stats: HP:17/PP:21/ATK:10/DEF:9/SPD:10/SP-ATK:11/SP-DEF:9/ MOVES: - Air Slash - Ion Deluge - EXP: 28/100 Pokemon held items: N/A
This time as Alex was walking along, there was a loud clang noise before a loud rumbling noise was heard. Once the boy looked forward, he would see a giant boulder rolling directly towards him! He would have to try and dodge out of it's path!
As Alistair continued forward, a gust of wind would erupt in his path threatening to throw him aside! He would have to try and evade it in order to remain unharmed!
The girl would find that while the long way was safer, it also made the path stretch further. She considered letting Longwei out to accompany her... but realized he might need his rest. That in mind, she continued forward alone.

Grey Moonfang IV
Attack hit! No damage!
The sand did indeed provide defense as the stomp bounced off the sandile's sand covered body, and would feel akin to a soft thud of a distance heavy footstep. Seret retreated as the Sandile would could easily make a comeback from its earthy defense.

Seret, Mudkip [M] Level 1 Nature: Bold Bio: The first egg pokemon Tao ever had. Well, sort of. A pokemon from the reverted egg of his first pokemon. Tao is still not sure why that happened. The personality of this Mudkip is very different from its previous incarnation. HP:12/12 PP:16/ ATK:5/DEF:6/SPD:6/SP-ATK:6/SP-DEF:6/ Moves: Stomp, Growl EXP:0/50 Pansear [M] Mawashi, Lvl 2 Nature: Brave Bio: The first pokemon Tao had caught. Ever. The Pansear seemed to hate pokemon trainers for some reason during their first encounter. Who knows if the Fire-type will have a change of heart. Stats: HP: 14/14/PP: 17/ATK:7/DEF:7/SPD:7/SP-ATK:7/SP-DEF:7 Moves: - Low Kick - Nasty Plot - - EXP: 56/75
A come back was likely to be an understatement. The kid's defense was so piteful it was actually an insult! Really this entire fight was an insult to his pride as a man! The fires of rage rumbled in his belly, building up like pile as spewing across his maw as he cried out ">KRAKATOWA!<" Another Fire Fang, and this one was going to be a lot worse than the last!
Sandile [M] Lv 2 Nature: Adamant Stats: HP:3/14/PP:16/ATK:8/DEF:7/SPD:8/SP-ATK:6/SP-DEF:7 MOVES: - Fire Fang - Leer - Focus Energy - EXP: 0/75

Walking along the path, Jin-Hua would find what appeared like a lovely stone flowerpot....closer inspection would reveal something far less pleasant. It would seem someone had decided to scrap out a Bonsley. Well, it couldn't hurt her at least!
