Yikes, I can't compete with her. xd Mine probably won't look photo-realistic... I'd use your picture as inspiration, but I suck at eying things so it'd probably have my own twist and look like a distant cousin of yours in the end. And, someone just got her very own digital camera!!! Fwoahh!  Btw - thank you to whoever changed the banner URL for me.

I really need to get a digital camera, but I have no idea what to look for. Any suggestions for a decent quality camera that isn't uber-expensive?
I mean, I don't want to pay $500 for something I probably won't use much. But I don't want my pictures to turn out blurry as ******** when I do use it. Oh... and compactness is good. In case of concerts.

I use nikon's coolpix L4 model which is fine for steadiness given the right camera setting. http://www.nikonusa.com/template.php?cat=1&grp=2Though I'd love to know what kind of camera Phoebe uses to capture her majestic self. crying Aivi: Nice picture quality. It almost looks like you have goosebumps on you arms. Also, every time you show a photo of yourself facing head on, I can't help thinking that your eyes give off a feline feel. emo I'm loving the hair, btw. 3nodding

The one I just got is a Canon SD750, for a little under $200. My family has something similar and I really liked it.
I've been wondering about Phoebe's camera too... Her photos always come out amazing, but maybe it's just because she's photogenic and a good photographer? The tools don't always make the art.
@Aeo - Maybe it's because my eyes are super dark, and the outer corners are pointy?

I have a broken Olympus Stylus 500.
I say broken because the light sensor is off.
The flash is always too bright or too dark,
causing pictures to come out completely white or black.
XD
It's all about good lighting without flash, and a still surface.
However, before the flash bulb exploded,
it was a great camera. It's since the repair that it got screwy.
I'm sort of saving up for a good digital SLR, probably a Nikon.
They're so amazing and worth hte money,
but only if you're a shutterbug,
like myself when I have a good camera.

I wasn't sure whether i should post this as art or a photo, but it's a photo so yeah. it's not like it's super retouched anyways, just a basic colour remove with masked eye colour.  i ordered a huuuge print of this. Because the bigger it gets the better it looks. It's my wallpaper right now. it's funny because the original wasn't even nearly my fav in the shoot, but there you go.
