Co-ownership Agreement between Psycho Shocker and Yuuka Kurokawa  The rights are as follows: Signature Rights: Psycho Shocker and Yuuka Kurokawa have signature rights. Roleplay Rights: Yuuka Kurokawa has full roleplay rights both ICly and OOCly. Breeding Rights: Yuuka Kurokawa has full breeding rights and mate choice. Should Yuuka Kurokawa ever wish to leave Soquili or Gaia, the contract is null and void, meaning all rights return to Psycho Shocker.

I Elven_Chick13 (EIfy) would like to give full rights of Melody to Rein_Carnation. Melody is lifemated to Rein_Carnation's soquili Cotton Candy. Rein will have full ownership rights of Melody and if she would like to co-own with someone of her choosing thats ok with me. Breeding, rping etc is all fine. I'm giving full rights.  Oh and this is the familiar which she can have too if she chooses.

I, Pollack, am co-owning Eyota with Thalea.
The rules for the agreement follow below:
General/RP rights
-We both have rights to put him in our signatures and teepee.
- We both have main RP rights.
-We both will have full OOC rights.
-We both have the right to input our ideas for breeding mate(s) even if it is not our breeding.
-The rights to any familiars attached to Eyota.
Notes on Contests:
Both Thalea and Pollack can enter Eyota in a contest whenever they wish. In less it is something that will be life changing like a skinwalking, Then it must be discussed between the two before entering.
Life changing decisions.
Such as life mating/ Becoming a skinwalker ect. It will have to be discussed between the two of us before deciding on anything.
Breeding
1st breeding:
In the first breeding, I get to keep one of the baskets. If more than two basket occurs, we shall discuss with all parties what happens to it.
2nd breeding:
The second breeding, Thalea gets a basket. Again, more than two baskets shall be discussed on.
3rd breeding:
Will co own one basket together. If more then two baskets occur we will discuss it with the other party.
-If Pollack or Thalea wishes to leave gaia or the soquili shop then full rights will go over to the other. Any life mates or future breedings will not be affected by this change in ownership and will be honored.
-(Even if I'm sure it's not needed.) Pollack has full rights to break the co-ownership at anytime. As well as Thalea as the right to give up all rights to Pollack at anytime. She may not pass on her co-ownership to anyone.

Sig/Teepee rights: Both
Rp rights: Ic or Ooc for iGotGreen, with the respect that the parents still stay in the picture somehow in the background. Cause they are loving parents. The personality will be hers to develop however she pleases. ^_^ Lunadriel will also have light Ic rp rights, as long as done so to favor the personality that Green chooses.
Lurve rights: All up to iGotGreen, but open to discussion. This includes all basket and breeding rights. They can be hers, unless she wants to include me.
Exceptions: Should iGotGreen lose interest in the shop, she can fold her ownership, or do the same for me, if I become inactive. We'll say three months of inactivity, with attempts to contact the other.

Co-Ownership Agreement for Edana
Kailey Koreco has the following rights ::
- Signature rights
- A basket from each of the breedings
- Full IC Rp, and shared OOC Rp rights
- All breeding rights, does not need Skypriestess' permission
- All lifemating rights, does not need Skypriestess' permission
Skypriestess has the following rights ::
- Signature rights
- A basket from at least one breeding should there be three baskets. Should none of her breedings produce three baskets, this will be discussed/decided privately between the two of us.
- Shared OOC Rp rights
