Alric stood and brushed himself off.

Alric walked away looking for something he could make fot breakfast. He was fully aware that she could make an attempt to run and he was prepared.

He was aware... but this was a good time. So she ran, not even with her stuff, just ran in the opposite direction.

Alric was standing in front of her now. He knew it was going to happen and he was prepared for it.

She had tried to run but where was she going to go. He knows that he scared because of her expression.

Stopping, she just took a step away from him. Why couldn't he understand why she was doing this?

She shook her head, tearing a little while taking another step back. She didn't want him hurt again; couldn't he see? So she turned and began to run again.

Being extremely fast Alricchased her down holding onto her with a hug.
She needed to know he wasn't going to give up on her.

She was in tears as she said this, tensing in his arms, not wanting to get comfortable again, not again.

Alric held her tight, hugging her to himself not letting her go. He forced her to look at him as he wiped away her tears with his hands. Looking deep into her eyes.

Looking up at him, she didn't understand why he was doing this, why he wouldn't allow her to save him... She didn't want to lose him again, she didn't want anything to happen...
Yet looking into his eyes, in his arms, she felt alright... she felt safe...

Alric straked her cheek, their faces close together. He noticed how close they were...so close they could almost kiss...No they wouldn't kiss. He pulled her in again close, burying her head into his neck and shoulder.

Alric just held her leting her emotions spill out around them. He knew it was beter now. She would know not to run...that he would always be there bringing her back.
