"Sissy? It's bad enough that green one decided to 'adopt' us..." Ilice said, words dripping with exasperation. "Can I just kill it?" The words held no conviction, the hidden one didn't expect a yes or to carry out her vocal intentions.

She was stunned by the words that came from the cubs mouth. She quickly moved away from the young one giving them both some space. "No Im not your "Sissy" or anyone else's sissy." Li Na let out a low growl to intimmedate the cub to run from her."Great now she thinks Im her kin....what am I going to do? Li Na thought for a moment and came up with something. "Fayola..." She looked around fro Fayola hoping maybe she could take this little one off her paws and tail. She was the one more likely to like children.
Seeing that she wasn't around Ilice's voice slowly rose in her head telling her to rid herself and Li Na of the nuisance. "If I kill her then we get killed. Prides don't take kindly of their own being killed, I can't fight off a whole pride Ilice..."

Karver was slightly growling impatient. He had called them quite a while ago, and yet no one heeded his call. "Maybe they didn't hear..." He growled softly. Throwing his head back again, he took in a deep breath and suddenly roared with all his might. If anything, the sound could be heard for miles around his territory. All the animals began to scurry and heed the call adding their own sounds. When his lungs began to burn, he stopped, the echo still continuing for a while until it was now silent, save a few animals. Karver's tongue lolled out of his mouth as he looked over at Hope. The King gave one of his smiles. "Maybe this time they will come." He chuffed then began to pace waiting for his pride to show.

A very young and very small white tiger colored cub scrambled from the bushes frightened at the loud noise. Her big, sky blue eyes looked around. She then realized that she was at the feet of a very, very large lion. She took a gulp and then scurried back into the brush from where she came, hoping that he wouldn't come near her.

Hope's ears folded back when Karver let out his second roar. She grinned in a 'oh boy' ^^; type way, but her ears perked up as she saw the little white liger streak through.
When the little one ran back to the bushes, she followed slowly, in hopes not to startle the little one anymore than she already was; "Little one, no fear,..where are you?" She called as she sniffed out the little one. She looked to Karver, to see if he had seen too, if not, she must have been seeing things/ She called out again sweetly, "Little one?"

Briseis' big blue eyes were watching this female and she seemed to be okay. She wearily made her way out of the brush, tilting her head cusiously at the lioness. As if wanting to say something, but said nothing. However in her own clumsy-ness she tripped over her paws and landed on her belly facing up looking at the very pink lioness.
Briseis was only about a week old and had already had some trying days. Her hind quarters were still not fully healed from the male who had attacked her a few days before, which had been severedly gashed by the swipe of a claw.

Hope found the baby, and could smell the past injuries. Witha gentle lick, she licked the little cubs cheek so show that she was indeed, a very friendly lioness.
Then witha nudge of her nose, she gently picked the cub up by the scruff of the neck. Hope brought her over to Karver, and layed her at thier paws; "Looks like we have a new cub to look after," She said to him, as she sat down, 'holding' the cubby between her two front paws.

She backed up so she was against the lioness' stomach. She wan't fond of the big male types. So far nothing good seemed to come out of spending time with them.
Her curious eyes wandered however to the females, "Is he one of them mean ones?" she asked rather bluntly, she huffed and didn't show any signs of satisfaction for she was waiting to see what this lioness had to say about him.

Hope was a bit shocked at the accusation, but then responded, "no, not at all." She playfully shoved Karver, "he's the nicest guy I know, he wouldn't hut you, or anyone,.." She smiled back and fourth between the tso as she complemented her king.

She blinked still unsure on what to think of him, "One of them, made this noise." She turned to Hope and made a rather pathetic excuse for a growl, which was actually kind of cute considering she was a baby. "Then he gave me this," she motioned to her gashed leg.
She blinked very innocent like, and rubbed up against the female. "Your really soft." she giggled, she started to paw at the elder's paw playfully.

Karver noticed the white fluffball at his feet. He waited for Hope to bring the cub back. At the accusation, he gave a soft chuckle and lowered his head. "I could not hurt a fly, even if I tried, little one. My name is Karver..I am sorry about what happened to you with the lion." Karver stayed a good distance away from her waiting for the cub to trust him. His tail gave a soft flick as he slowly inched it toward the cub. He flicked it a little bit more as if to play with her.

The cub eyed his tail and she got real low, she wiggled her butt in the air and pounced on it. She started nibbling at it with her very small, pearly white teeth.
Soon her eyes widened and she looked off in the distance. "I'll be back in a little bit okay?" she ran off then into the brush.

Karver blinked. "Hmm..wonder where she went.." The male shrugged a bit then stretched. He looked over at Hope and smiled. "You're really great with kids, y'know." The King nudged her softly still smiling; his silver eyes meeting her brown ones.

Hope grinned; "I guess" She nudged back, "I've always loved the young'uns" She wondered where the little girl had went, but trusted she would be bounding back in no time at all,...

Being layed out in the water, tears began to flow down her cheeks as she lay there conciouss and heard every word that they where saying. Her heart shattered into thousands of pieces and she was almost sure the others heard it as well. She hated being young for so long and now she was hating herself. Pastel let out a sob and stood up from where she was laying delirously in the water. No one cared about her. Not Rackna, Karver, the pride or even her parents where ever they were.
The pretty lioness could not help the tears as they fell down her face, he still didn't understand her feelings for him. Pastel had loved him ever since they played together as cubs and now he was breaking her heart with an ugly female who didn't even stand a chance against her own beauty. Enraged, she lept at her with her claws out, tears falling from her purple orbs.
"Die you boyfriend stealer, fake carer, ugly female!" Pastel didn't even care if she got hurt in fact she wanted to feel pain if Karver actually stood up to her, the wuss. If he did, he would be nothing but a hypocrite.
