The smoke hadn't affected Riley as much as others, mainly because she was still feeling the effects of her recently taken pumpkin pill. Her tentacles were already tightened to keep as much smoke out as possible.
A very good idea, Aksaja. She agreed, but as far as she could see there was no smoke exiting anywhere. Still, it would be good to check.
She thought about her choice, and decided.. that she would decide later. Yes. A fine decision. I'll stick around for a bit more. Maybe I could be of some use to you, after all.

The dragon growled softly in frustration, fists clenching at his sides. The noise wasn't directed at any person, but the situation in general. They'd defeated the 'bot, only to be trapped in here with the room slowly filling up with smoke. Even if Sin had asked him to stay put a bit longer, Maladore had healed him as well ... and they needed to be working on finding a way out of here. Before things got worse.
"Well, I'm going to see if I can find something," he murmured, then looked around for the ghoul who said she'd go with him. Even if he was annoyed at the situation, it wasn't any reason to be stupid and take off alone.
Raising his voice a bit, Aksaja called out to the room, "Try to look for where the smoke is getting out of here! It could mean a weak point in the walls or something!"

Not being too far off from the others, Jericho heard the bit about watching the smoke before Aksaja shouted out to the rest of the room. Standing still now, he looked around, keeping an eye on things, but he wasn't really seeing the smoke drift in any particular direction. For that matter, he also tried to see if there were any small streaks of light peeking out of anywhere, but he had little luck there as well.
At this rate at least half of them were going to suffocate, himself included.

Sin sighed at Aksaja's impatience and gave her bell one last little ring in his direction healing him for 7HP. Why were males so stubborn? She moved around trying to assess the others situations. Maladore could probably use another little boost or two, and then she'd go find Junko and Alcie. If she narrowed her eyes a bit more she could barely make out their shapes. She was trying to keep a wary eye on them and try and figure out where the smoke was getting out.
Except with it so thick it didn't seem like it was getting out. Perhaps it was a little but only via tiny holes or cracks that wouldn't serve them any good in trying to escape from. Air had a marvelous way of finding nooks and crannies, like water, but not like them. They needed a big opening, and at this rate maybe they ought to try and make one.

Deacon had nuzzled against Junko's chest - this time, not in an intentionally lewd gesture - trying to keep the smoke from his nose as he kept his eyes tightly shut. Aside from the gaping hole in the ceiling that everyone had apparently forgotten about, he personally didn't know where they might find another place for the smoke to escape through that might be large enough for their exit.

Nodding, Alcie stuck by Junko's side and wandered around making sure that everybody was alright. She didn't see any exit and that was rather concerning. Her mind was going through all of the different possibilities and their prospects were looking rather bleak. "Have any idea what we're going to do to get out of here? It seems like everybody is doing alright but hopefully we don't get into anymore trouble..." It seemed like Amityville attracted trouble like flies to a dead body. Though, that really was no problem for Alcie and she much preferred it that way.

Junko didn't notice Deacon nuzzling against her chest again, merely holding him close as if doing so would keep him safe from any harm that could possibly befall the kitty. She knew he was a student, but he was in such a tiny form! Surely small cats like this couldn't put up much of a fight, right? Especially with little mittens on? She walked along with Alcie, frowning a little when she didn't spot anything yet. "I have no idea, whatever it is I hope we get it soon so we can go home." She sighed. Junko wanted to go home and snuggle into her bed where it was safe and warm and she had her happy little pygmy foxes to keep her company. Oh! And some tea. Tea would be nice.
Oh, and FEAR instead of JOY would be nice too.

Laiha was personally a little confused about the room filler with smoke. Hadn't the scout made a hole? What was smoking at all? She had tried, briefly, to scale the walls but was no gecko. Instead she crouched in a corner now, her shirt pulled up over her nose, trying to feel for a draft.

Rather belatedly, Aksaja too, remembered the hole in the ceiling. Why the hell was he standing around here when he could just... fly out? But then again, there were other students with wings. Why hadn't they left, or at least gone out the hole to see what was going on?
... Maybe it wasn't even there anymore. Maybe the ceiling had collapsed somewhere above them. After all, if there was still a huge hole, the room wouldn't be so damn smoky. Coughing a bit, the dragon frowned, squinting upwards. What were they supposed to do...?

The area suddenly shakes, and the sound of something mechanical...several somethings in fact, can be heard moving about. You...did defeat the scout right? RIGHT?! There's just no way...!
You don't get to finish that thought as a wave of JOY crashes through the workshop, destroying the walls of each area and opening up what appears to be the Main Warehouse!

Jericho was getting frustrated with the whole situation, having absolutely no luck with finding any sort of weak point in the walls. With his tail thumping against the ground in irritation, he continued on. However, he soon paused as he heard something moving..
Closing his eyes to brace himself as he felt the wave of JOY, he reopened them to find that the walls were now gone.
"Well it's about Jackin' time," he grumbled before making his way back towards Riley and the others.

Oh what now!? Junko stopped walking when the ground began to shake, holding Deacon protectively and moving closer to Alcie. Suddenly the walls exploded! Junko gasped and ducked her head, burying it against Deacon's furry head between his ears. Don'thurtherdon'thurtherdon'thurther!
Nothing happened...
...Huh?
Junko slowly lifted her head and looked around, gasping when she saw other students that weren't there a second ago. Wow! They were all okay! She was even seeing friends she had been separated from! "The cavalry has arrived. About bloody time." Junko paid Her no mind, smiling again and nearly lifting an arm to wave at them all; Deacon's weight against her reminded her that would be unwise. Instead she hurried further into the warehouse.
"We're almost there! C'mon!"

Sin jumped and then frowned at the giant blow wall, and the warehouse beyond. Why did she have the sinking suspicion that their trials and tribulations were not yet over? She ran after Junko worried about her friend and not wanting to stay behind incase rubble rained down and trapped them all...again. She glanced back at Alcyone and motioned to her with a quick wave.
"Come on Alcie!" Oh was she ready to get the jack out of here...and home!

Riley heard the noises, and her stomach flipped nervously in anticipation. It may not have been the best idea to split everyone up after all.. and if they were all separated, it would be her fault. Just lovely. She barely felt the tingle in the air as the wave of JOY came barrelling in, and as it crashed down the first wall Riley's instinct was to protect the already hurt Malodore. Without really thinking about it, she stepped in the way, putting herself between Mal and the wave as it burst through the room and brought down the rest of the walls. She didn't watch the walls come tumbling down, since she'd closed her eyes to protect them from the inevitable plume of smoke that would rise from the wreckage. When she finally reopened them, she used her free hand to wipe the dust away from her face, while her other arm was still intertwined with Malodore's. Looking up, this found herself face to beak with it, and although her first thought was to make sure it hadn't been injured, her second thought was filled with embarrassment at probably invading it's personal space. She performed a slow, awkward extraction of her arm, and then brushed the dust off of it's shoulders as a distraction from her blush.
Well. She began awkwardly, but was saved from having to think of much else by the deep grumble of Jericho coming back towards them. She turned around and finally surveyed the wreckage, comforted in the sight of freedom and their final goal.
Yes. She responded to Jericho, still a little awkwardly. Let's get this over with. She reached one arm up, and used it alone to pull herself up onto the still moving dragon, mounting him with a fluid swiveling jump now that she was at full health and feeling better. They headed towards the main warehouse, though Riley's head was swiveled back slightly, watching everyone - or mostly everyone - fine, maybe just Malodore - to make sure they followed safely.

The shaking made Livi almost fall to his knees in surprise, his hands flying to either side to make sure it didn't happen. What was going on now?! Surely, there wasn't another elf-driven mecha coming there way, right? Right?? The sounds that came along with the shaking didn't set his nerves any less at ease... until it all stopped. Using the nearest wall for support, he glanced around to see if everyone was okay but JOY rushed in to suffocate him.
The feelings of the horrid thing had made him sick throughout the entire trip... but this pure wave of it made him want to lose anything that had been in his stomach. But he had to move as the wall he had been using to keep himself upright shift and then was blasted away; the force causing him to roll ungracefully into the next area.
