"Oh no, Leon, you better get that thought out of your head right now. I refuse to having any kind of sex with you while we are down visiting Axel understood." Cloud said blushing slightly as he pushed Leon away and started to walk a little faster to get away from the horny brunette.
"Has your dad always been abusive or was this the first time he has really gotten physical with you? Also how well do you know Axel? Does he have a history of violence with you or other people?"The police officer asked noting that both the father and Axel had to be forcibly pulled off the person they were attacking.

Leon whined and ran after him, catching up and wrapping his arms around Cloud, pulling him close to himself. "Mm, but Cloud~ You're so sexy~ I can't help myself~" he purred into his ear, kissing his neck a little.
Roxas took a deep breath. "I...I've technically known Axel since we were really little... But he was forced to move away, and he moved back about a week ago... I know it doesn't seem that long to really get to know somebody, but... We...we've grown really close over the past few days. I haven't seen him act violent at all other than this... He's just...a really, really protective person. I think that when he saw me getting beat up he...he kind of freaked out a little. But he was just trying to protect me..," he said softly, looking up into the cops eyes. "Now, my dad..," he started, eyes turning downcast. "My dad... He's hit me and mom before... He...He's hit me more than her, though. I think I've only known him to hit mom once or twice... He's beaten me...I think this time would make eightteen... He started doing it last summer when he started drinking at home... He beat me only once or twice during school, but the rest was during summer. That way teachers couldn't ask questions. We...we never called the police because we were scared that if he found out before they got here..." He trailed off, hugging himself a little. "But...when Axel got here, and my dad got knocked out...it was a chance..."

Cloud laughed a little before pushing him away. "Well you better start learning to control yourself." He laughed as he continued to run away from the brunette. Though in all honesty, the way he was running away was more flirty than get away from me.
"Thank you for you time, If you could go out to the living room with your mother, while I talk with my partner, so we can get all this mess straighten out and hopefully help make your home a little more stable." The officer said before walking back in the room were Axel was and talking with his partner. Axel had been asked the same question but the more they asked the more unnerved he got. He didn't like police, it was probably from all the mess with Sephiroth, and his stacked Juvenal record, but he also didn't communicate well with them. He even thought he sounded guiltier and guiltier by the second.

Leon grinned and ran after him again, grabbing him and tackling him to the ground this time, landing in the grass of Axel's front yard. "I think you're just too shy to admit you want me," he purred in his ear, nibbling on it a little.
Roxas nodded. "Thank you..," he said softly before walking out to the livingroom and sitting down on the couch beside his mother. He looked up at her with tears in his eyes, finally breaking down. "What if they take Axel away from me?" he asked pathetically, chin trembling. "I just got him back..."

Axel came out of the room hobbling slightly being carried by one of the police. Axel moved to Roxas after he got out to the living room. Axel hugged Roxas tightly before sighing. "Whatever happens tell my mom the real story please, I don't want her to think I went back to the way I was before the move. I promised her I would set myself straight, this will just disappoint her." Axel whispered to Roxas quietly seeing as the police after it was all done didn't seem to convince that Axel was innocent in the situation.
Roxas's mom didn't hear what Axel had said, but seeing him to straight to Roxas and hug him, made her smile. She wanted Roxas to be happy for as long as possible seeing as the bad times seem to last longer than the good times for the blond.

Roxas nodded and hugged him back, laying his head against the redhead's chest. "I'll m-make sure to," he whimpered, burying his face in Axel's chest. "I d-don't want them to take you away from me... You d-didn't do anything wrong..," he told him sadly, gripping onto him.

"I know, I know, but I had to tell them that I have a record. Normally I would have just lied and slipped away through the cracks of the system, but I didn't want to risk losing you for it. With my record, my odds of getting off clean are doubtful, but just know, that I told the truth so you wouldn't get dragged into any of the drama with my past." Axel whispered back holding him warmly. He didn't want to ever forget that feeling ever.
Cloud laughed. "Shy? Me, you must me joking. Just because you are horny and have absolutely no respect for other people's space does not make me shy." Cloud said back with a sharp playful look before rolling over on top of him and easily pushing off of him.

Roxas nodded to him and closed his eyes, relaxing in his arms. This feeling...felt so right... He snuggled even closer to Axel, ignoring the slight burn from some of his wounds. "I don't wanna lose you either..," he whispered. "Never again."
"Hey! I have respect for other peoples' space...just not when I'm horny." He grinned at Cloud. "You totally want me," he told him with a confident smirk.

Axel smiled at him. "I know, but just remember, I came back the first time right when you needed me apparently and this time if I have to go, I will come back for you. I hope you really believe that like I believe it." Axel told him confidently. He didn't know why, but a part of him knew that he wouldn't be forever separated from Roxas. They would find each other again like magic even if it took a few years again.
"And that was exactly my point. And that is another thing you do when you are horny, you don't understand 'no' when it is told to you." Cloud teased as he stood up and moved towards Axel's front door. If he could get around the others, maybe Leon wouldn't OPENLY molest him.

Roxas looked up into his eyes, gazing deeply into them before leaning up and kissing his lips lightly. He nodded a little. "I believe it..," he whispered, laying back on his shoulder.
Leon pouted and jumped up, hurrying after him. He wrapped his arms around him, spun him around and pressed him up against the outer wall of the house, pinning him there. "C'mon, Cloudy, just one little kiss? I promise I won't beg for more until we're back on that train to go home..," he whined, pressing their bodies closer, setting his forehead against Cloud's, noses touching as they looked into each others' eyes.

Axel smiled kissing him back. "Good, because it won't work if I just believe it." Axel said jokingly before laying his head against Roxas's head on his shoulder. About five minutes later, Axel had to get up and be carried out to one of the cop cars. Roxas's father was escorted to another car as well, but right before Axel had to leave he whispered to Roxas to make sure to tell his mom before all this was told her by some stupid cop who didn't know s**t.
Cloud squeaked loudly being pinned up against the wall of the house so suddenly. He should have suspected it from Leon, but he honestly didn't see it coming and was blushing like crazy at the moment. A part of Cloud was happy that Leon was so close because he couldn't see his burning red cheeks. "Knowing you, one kiss will turn into a hand job within seconds." Cloud forced out sharply trying to hide the fact that Leon had made him blush by just grabbing him.

Roxas nodded, eyes brimming with tears as he watched Axel be carried away. He wiped the tears away before standing. "I'm borrowing your car, Mom," he said softly before hurrying out the house to the vehicle. He got inside, ignoring his aches and pains, and started it up, pulling out of the driveway. He took the short trip down to Axel's house and parked in his driveway, hurrying inside to find his mom, not even seeing the two outside the door. "Mrs. Mercer!" he cried as he ran around, skidding past the room she was in--which was her bedroom--before catching onto the door frame and running into the room. "Mrs. Mercer, Axel was arrested," he started, taking a deep breath. "But it wasn't his fault! I-I went home, and my dad was hitting me, and Axel came in and got him off of me and started hitting him to keep him down. They were both arrested, but Axel was only arrested because he told them his record. He wanted me to tell you the truth before any cops came to ******** up the story," he told her quickly. "He was protecting me, so he doesn't deserve it."
Leon grinned and nuzzled his cheek. "You know me so well," he purred before hearing Roxas pulled up. He looked behind him and watched Roxas run inside. He blinked a few times. "What was that about?" he asked, quickly letting go of Cloud and hurrying inside, hand gripping Cloud's dragging him behind.

Axel's mom nodded in understanding before getting up out of her reading chair and moving to him. "Are you okay sweetie, you seem a bit stirred up. Axel will be okay, and I'm very glad you told me the truth so I know, but I have been with Axel's bad side for a few years now because of my last husband and I have to say, if he only got picked up by the cops for beating up a abusive dad of one of his friends, that is a good thing." Mrs. Mercer told the blonde calmly before leading him out into the kitchen and making some tea for everyone seeing as the whole wacky gang was all standing around waiting to be told what Axel's mom was just told, so she told it to them while the water was heating up.
Cloud frowning deeply though. "I would have stayed if I knew Axel might have gotten arrested.." Cloud whispered to Leon regretfully as he linked their hands. He was worried about the red head and it was definitely coming through in his actions.

Roxas nodded and allowed himself to be lead out into the kitchen. He sat down, fidgiting a little and poking at the bruises and wounds on his face to occupy his hands.
Leon frowned a little and wrapped his arms around Cloud. "Yeah, me, too... This sucks..," he commented, laying his head on top of Cloud's as he rubbed his arm comfortingly.
"Is...is there nothing we can do to go and help him or anything?" Roxas asked quietly, head down as he stared at the counter in front of him.

Mrs. Mercer smiled at him. "Well, seeing as this isn't his first time in jail, he knows exactly what to do. He'll do everything they tell him and when they give him his phone call he'll call and give me all the details of his arrest, depending on how bad they are considering his offense is how much time he'll get but on my judgement I wouldn't give him more than three weeks top as punishment." His mom being truthful but at the same time nice about. She didn't say it too harshly as to scare Roxas or the others. She wanted them to know he wasn't doing big time for this.
