"Look who's talkin," Cliff retorted, despite how Adam hadn't at all been talking to him. Hey, he'd spoken within earshot, as far as he was concerned that was fair game. Snickering at how Isaac fell so easily into his trap, he grinned as the boy tried to get out of his grip, holding him tight in his grip as he struggled, giving him a playful smirk. "Not in front of people? NOT IN FRONT OF PEOPLE? Isaac I want to shout our love from the rooftops. I'll make a vow of everlasting love and prove it to the wo--ah Ah AH WAIT WAIT NO ACK GERROF ME."
He hadn't really expected to keep Isaac for very long, and he was quite right. All it took was one arm snaked back to grab him around his neck, and Cliff found himself just as pinned, both of them struggling to try to get the upper hand. Finding his head dragged down, Cliff twisted as Isaac quickly gained the upper hand, flicking his eyes to Lucas then back to the younger man. "See, you're making Lucas -- it was Lucas, right? -- Lucas jealous. At least wait 'til we're back in the room. You don't, you're gonna have to invite him along, and I dunno if I can handle that."
Trying to pull his head free, he made a face, only opening his eyes when he heard a woman's voice pipe in, his eyes focusing on the girl. "No ma'am, we got a room, but thank ya kindly," he shot back at Lee, offering her another teasing wink.

"You're probably right," Melly murmured, pausing in her own eating for a moment as visions from previous battles she'd been forced into flashed across her mind's eye. Fingers drifted up to touch the scars on her face. Then she jerked her hand away quickly as if just realizing what she was doing. At first, she hadn't been nearly so afraid of battle. Not until she had to watch people die in front of her, unable to do anything to save them. Not until she'd been hurt pretty badly herself more than a few times, though most of the scarring was hidden under her clothing. "I dunno, I wish there was some way to get stuff like internet and TV out here... It'd be cool to sit around and watch some movies or anime or something. But I have a few books back in my room I think. Or maybe do some training... how about you?" She leaned closer, determined to not think about the past anymore. "Any plans or whatever?"

"What I wouldn't give for movie marathons again." Aiden said with a kind smile to the girl beside him. He could only just imagine a quite night alone with a big bowl of popcorn and a stack of Action movies at his side. "As for me? Hm.. I was just planning to get some well needed sleep. I haven't read a book in ages. Just newspapers once in a while." Still, a warm bed sounded wonderful. After his meal he may just go straight to passing out. "Last I checked the dorms are full of activity. Not sure how I'll sleep with so much hustle and bustle." He'd still try. Ah~ who was he kidding. He'd be out like a light, noise or not. He finished off the last of his sandwich, flicking crumbs from his fingers.

Every single Hunter in the vicinity would suddenly hear their cell phones start buzzing noisily. When they looked at them, all they would see was a simple message:It was probably time to really, get as much rest as they could.
