"Yes, very much what my brother says" he said agreeing with Zalmon. Once Trent has the bag smiles a little him, "I've heard there will be a masquerade party coming up at this school. Do you two plan on going?" he asked Trent and Zalmon.

Zalmon softly ran his fingers through his boyfriend's hair. "A masquerade party. I've haven't been to a party before. I would go if Trent is okay with going to it as my date" he said. He figured it could be there second date and he will be sure to shop for a mask and outfit for both of them to wear.

"Heh, anything for you cutie." He said, letting Zalmon know he'd be ok with taking him to the ball as his date. Trent lifted his head off Zalmon and held his hand. "Thank you, sir. Y-you be careful and have fun too." He said with a nervous smile to the older brother.

He looked at Zalmon a bit and rubbed the back of his head awkwardly. "I...I don't really have any fancy clothes though. I just have all my military jumpsuits..."

Trent was embarrassed of his clothes. He didn't feel like parading his boyfriend at a ball in his crappy military rags. "Sure, I'd like to go shopping. Although I'll have to put myself in debt to pay" He smiled reminding the boy that he was broke. He stared at the swim shorts and blushed, wondering what Cyrus looked like in them. "Alright, I guess it's time to get in your brother's pants?" He said, not realizing how odd it sounded. "Should we change here or at the pool?"

Trent smiled lightly. "That's sweet, but don't spend too much money on me. You need to save some of it for yourself too." He said, running his fingers through the cute boy's hair. He wondered how Zalmon got the money, but figured to not ask yet. "Ok ok, I don't want to die and I don't want you paying for my debts." He hugged Zalmon tight. At least now he had a reason, or somebody, to live for.

Zalmon had a point, so it seemed like less work to change there. "Fine, but let's shower and change back here at least so we can have privacy in the showers." He chuckled and winked at Zalmon, lightly nipping on his ear since the other brother finally went to bed.

Trent knew the comment about him paying for things was supposed to mean well, but it actually hurt. It wasn't his fault he couldn't have a job and money cause of his mental instability. It didn't seem there were many jobs available at this school either. He looked away a bit and let go of Zalmon. "I'm sorry....It's not like I mean to be broke...." He sighed and listened as Zalmon offered to loan him money. He couldn't accept that. "It's sweet of you to offer, but I can't. If I want to buy you surprises and stuff, then it'd just be you buying stuff for yourself. Plus I'd feel horribly guilty if I never get to pay it back and the guilt would eat me alive. I'll just have to find a job or something..." He sighed. He loved that Zalmon was trying to help, and he wasn't denying him or anything. Trent just wanted to be the one who supported his boyfriend and didn't have to ask for money for stuff.

He grabbed the boy by the hand lightly and pulled him towards the door. "Do not worry, I'll let you buy just this once for the party, but I'll make sure they are cheap and pay you back no matter what it takes. If we argue over finance stuff though, we'll never get to swim." He said worried that the money issue would become a problem and make Zalmon break up already.

Zalmon didn't know how hard it was for Trent with two sides of one person in one body, making normal life complicated. "It's ok, I appreciate the concern." He said lightly. "Besides, I'm pretty sure I've already made plenty of mistakes in the past already." His other side added and chuckled.
Trent contemplated the thought of making his own stuff and knew it would go horribly wrong. He had to learn to make things out of materials in training camp and failed miserably. He once had to make a simple burlap sack to hold stuff just by tying a string around the top and sealing the burlap over the string. His stuff fell apart and caught fire immediately as he tried to put it together. "Err, I'm not good at making things. Plus I understand your reason for not finding things that fit, but I'm almost a normal human. I'm sure I could find something...." He hoped that didn't sound offensive, cause it wasn't supposed to.

"Mmm I'd like that, but then others would see your adorable bare body, then I'd have to kill them for looking." He joked and rubbed the boy's back. "I'll wait for you to get your stuff and we can head out."

Trent wasn't sure how to think of the response Zalmon gave him. He looked to the ground thinking maybe he said something wrong when he was just trying to take care of zalmon. "I'm sorry...." He muttered softly to himself as the boy went to go change. The demi-god sighed and headed to the couch. He sat there with his head on his hands and waited for the boy to return. "I hope I don't blow things..." He sighed to himself in concern as his boyfriend was in the other room.
