I'm going to the South for the first time this summer... and I'll be staying there for 4 years. sweatdrop I got accepted into the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia. But supposedly they're pretty open-minded. And my dorm is supposed to be really haunted. rofl

I love real ghost stories, though I'd utterly freak if I encountered one.

It's nice...the people are too. One time this lady I didn't even know was selling pies...and she gave me one for free...like a whole freaking apple pie, because she found out I was visiting from out of state. I love old ladies.... heart Dreamwhisper And of course, a haunted dorm is always a major plus! domokun That's great news! Congrats! And keep us posted on the haunted dorm. I love real ghost stories, though I'd utterly freak if I encountered one. You like ghost stories, eh? Hopefully I'll be living one next week. We're going down to Key West for the lobster mini season, and I plan to investigate all the haunted locations, including Fort Jefferson. Huzzah!! heart Just call me Pyro...Ghost Hunter... domokun

*grins and hugs Pyro* Did I tell you guys how much I love this girl? Like, sisterly or something, but still. She's as crazy as me. I've only been to Savvanah once, but it was really cool because I went on a ghost tour. They have LOTS of haunted places there so I wouldn't be surprised if your dorm is. Somewhere around there is a place haunted by a cat. If you see a courtyard with a wall that has broken glass bottles on top of it, it used to be inhabited by a rather violent giant. When I say giant I mean like 8 foot or something, can't remember, been a few years. But yes, I'm a ghost hunter too ^^ I want to see the ghosts in St. Augustine though demnit crying They won't let you into the fort after dark *grumbles*
Edit: O.O Natalie's last post was supposed to be alot shorter, I think I got carried away with her thoughts. Sorry, crazy me. I loved Adrian's last post, the part about maybe he'd try being nice and then 'nah' It was funny. Well, that's two out of three people she's managed not to alienate, even if Adrian's never going to be nearly as close to her as Karel already is...so weird...

I've been to St. Augustine several times, it's one of my favorite places in that part of Florida. I even considered going to the college there. My sister and I used to buy those chocolate covered bananas at one of their sweet shops. xd
Edit: *laughs* Commenting on the RP: poor, socially impaired Gregor. His problem is that he has absolutely no sense of humor. Maybe it's a mental imbalance. Maybe it's Maybelline.
(Don't ask about my sense of humor.)

There are some states in the South that are cool, and others not so cool. If you've never been to the South, where do you live now? I hope the culture shock isn't too bad.

*sighs* I feel bad for socially impaired Gregor, even Natalie does and they weren't exactly nice to each other >.< Look at it this way, if Natalie hated him she wouldn't be able to get mad at him *nods* Though she is peeved at that girl remark....And you're right, he doesn't have a sense of humor *sighs* It was sort of funny too >.> *chuckles*

I don't know, that's one too many remarks about having Gregor breed for my taste. I mean, first Natalie wants him as breeding stock, then Dorian wants to bear his children...Gregor as the holder of the Sacred Sperm! xd
Also, please don't hesitate to debate without the NPC teacher's permission. *doesn't know if people were waiting for that*

*giggles* That's a scary thought in all honesty, but then again we are the same people that said we should use Natalie and Karel to breed a little race of elves.Of course, if Natalie had her way she would have throttled me by now, though that's not quite as bad as what I've done to a few canon chars in my other rps. I play Sirius and Snape in the same rp and I keep insulting myself *giggles* It's weirdly fun, but I'm sort of crazy. *shrugs*

Well, that's two out of three people she's managed not to alienate, even if Adrian's never going to be nearly as close to her as Karel already is...so weird... Yeah, I added that bit in for my own amusement as well. It's always funny when the bitchy character wonders if they're a b***h. ...Nah. xd Frau_Eva Oooooh, good school! If you've never been to the South, where do you live now? I hope the culture shock isn't too bad. Yes, from what I've heard it's a really open-minded college town and I should do well there. However, I'll always be Miss European and I'm sure that no matter how much I prepare myself there will be a huge culture shock. I'm living in Vienna, Austria right now, but I spent the first 6 years of my life in Rome, Italy (my homecity). I then moved to California for 8 years, and then my family moved back here for the last 4 years. All my international friends here say I seem very American, but my American friends insist that my accent sounds foreign. Apparently, I pronounce things much too clearly to be American. sweatdrop It's going to be weird living in a country where people mainly speak English again. I feel like I'm eavesdropping everywhere I go. sweatdrop

If I get a southern accent, I'll just die. I know it's really prejudiced and evil, but nearly everyone in my family associates Southern accents with stupidity, especially since the arrival of our lovely President of the USA.
There are different kinds of Southern accent's though. I remember the worst I heard was this girl in my art summer course in CA, she was from Alabama. She thought we all lived with movie stars... and actually belive me when I told her I was a close friend of Michael Jackson's. sweatdrop
Then there's Susan Sarandon's (fake) accent in Thelma and Luise, which I thought was really great. I guess I'll get used to the accents either way, but I'll still die if I get one myself. Someone shoot me if I start saying "Y'all come back now!" xd
