He was laying down on his car seat, but he still had a pretty good shot on her.

"I think not. I don't play fair." Laura replied harshly. "My gun is full and you shot my boyfriend. The car is easy retribution. You try to take one of my eyes and off goes your head. Though, that's a bit merciful. Maybe I should just gut out both of your eyes and throw you into the middle of the bullet field." She smiled sweetly while not lowering her gun.

Vincent didn't even blink, "Try your best. but one of us is going to get you. I'd say cut your losses and run. fght another day and 'save' your boyfriend later. That way, you'd at least have a chance to live."
Rose's vision was clearing up so she could see Laura clearer.

Those wern't protected by the bullet proof armor.

((Um... she has weights on her legs and metal arm plates... and we already established though mayhem that the bullets bounce off. ))
The bullets bounced off her arm plates and Laura smiled when a particular noise came out of Vincent's gun. "I think you're out of bullets."

I tried to move with a cool hand...
It didn't go as I planned.
I'm full of rookie maneuvers...
and gestures meant to be grand.

Arthur took out another mafia guy and got slowly closer. The FBI were as well. The wailing sirens of the SWAT team and more police came closer and closer.
"Surrender now! Further resistance will only cost you your lives. Drop your weapons and give yourselves up!" and FBI agent called at the mobsters through a megaphone.
Anthony was clutching his gut after getting punched hard in it.
Tony was lying there with a bullet in his leg. Now probably wasn't a good time to remind Laura that he dumped her. Not while she had a loaded gun.
The mafia guys knocked on the door of Angel's apartment and waited for him to answer. They were unaware that he was in the Don's mansion's bar.

Vincent narrowed his eyes, "Why would I let you leave? You run, and I'll just catch you. I'm sure you're fast, but you're going to be carrying an idiot. I've got another gun sweetheart, as soon as you go, I'll shoot you're boytoy. Shoot me and Rose put's one in your crown. Shoot Rose, and I pull out my gun and we both die."
