Ashram - I really appreciate the fact that Snicket has a sense of humor, not only about the story, but about the language itself. Reminded me of Adams, somehow.
Hrm, ok. Maybe I'll look into that.
Memai - I'm not even in school any more, and I'm still jealous. xd

I kind of remember Snicket- mostly because my best friend used to read A Series of Unfortunate Events when we were younger, and I remember buying her those books. I used to love how the pages were made, because I couldn't get papercuts on them. x3
I'm so excited about the upcoming snow winter weather! whee
I've never owned many winter clothes before, because where I live it barely gets below 70 degrees during winter anyways. I'm so excited! I want fuzzy winter boots with little fluffballs dangling down, and I found out I have a scarf addiction. >w< heart

Nyome: Scarves are addictive. Its totally true. I myself have five scarves and I think my friend is knitting me one.
Winter accessories in general are really relaly cute. (Another nice side effect of ze coldz). My favorite one is my fargo hat that I got from the army surplus store. It is the dorkiest cutest thing ever~ <3
Snicket: I never really got into his books.. I don't really know why. Just never really appealed to me.

Nyome - You'll be sick of winter weather soon enough. stare It loses its charm quickly. And you'll learn about slush.
axel - Helquist is an interesting artist, I'll give you that.
Laitue - I rebelled against them for the longest time, but I read a rather enlightening review on Amazon.com and had to give them a chance.

@Axel---- Pshh, not even every 3 steps. I'd constantly be looking at my feet.
I once walked into traffic because I was too busy playing with my new cellphone charm. > >;
Luckily my friends pulled me back in time. The NY taxis looked disappointed that they didn't get to run me over.
18 degrees? That calls for TONS of scarves! * w*
@AD---- Everyone here tells me that, but I'm still excited! :3
Now rain, I've had enough of that for a lifetime or sixteen.
@Laitue---- Mmmhm. My mom is knitting me one too I think. She called me randomly and was all excited about some "really pretty yarn" she found. XD I should tell her to put fluffballs at the end.
I love how you can put fluffballs on almost everything! 4laugh

OMFG, My job has become so fun as of late.
For one I broke the speaker that plays the xmas music and now I'm like the hero of three stores. And our mall is so poorly run that it won't be getting fixed anytime soon. I was staring at it wishing it would die and someone tapped me on the shoulder which scared me and the pricing gun I was holding ended up flying at the speaker and something came loose because it doesn't work anymore. *happy*
Reason the second, little teen boys coming in to the store. Because it is a book store we do sell magazines and among those there are the adult variety. Most are in the plastic with stuff covering them and are located at the very top at the back. Sort of out of reach but not quite. Anyway there are a couple of these little boys get there hands on one and then put it somewhere so there friends can look at it. Now we're not suppose to let them and I don't really but I do have fun with them. They get all nervous so I always sneak up behind them and get really close and tell them that the better stuff is in the back. The normal reaction is either a scream or just running away. I get to do that at least once every time I work sometime to the same people, it's a small joy but I work in a book store so it's all I got.
I'm at work now so I should start working again but I had to post this before I forget. I'll reply to thing when I get home.

axel - Oh, yes! Black ice is pure joy.
Nyome - My company's offices in the south/midwest closed this afternoon around 2 EST because of "inclement weather." My coworkers and I all scoffed and said, "Clevelanders don't get that kind of babying. Even if we got sixteen feet of snow here, we'd still be penalized for being late." The charm definitely wears off.
Akahoshi - Once again, you are my hero. heart heart
Laitue - Indeedly.

Nyome ...and I found out I have a scarf addiction. >w< heart I totally share your addiction. With the added BMW winter coat/jacket addiction. Lol wow I feel bad for hardly being around here, but maybe I'll actually have time to play again when I finally get down to just one job. Right. Well. Glad to see people still alive around here.

Memai>> My sig scares me sometimes, so don't feel alone.
AD>> I've not read any Adams yet, but he's on my never-ending list of writers to get around to reading.
And on Akagi : Mahjong Legend ... I wrote a "humor" review about it and it's actually getting posted on another website. I'll give the link once it's up. 3nodding
Hoshi>> xd Hilarity! (and awesomeness on the first account)

Lang - Forget scarves. I think you have some kind of employment addiction. Drop by more often, ho.
Ashram - Bump his name up to the top of your list. It's well worth it.
Sounds quite excellent.
