Yakov sighed. Of course Miki would have to find a human who wasn't up on these things. And he didn't want to be the one to tell Katrina she had to add one more person to the seating plan.

Maureen raised an eyebrow at Steph. "You have been hanging out with Miki a little too much."

Talia nodded. "I've never met him either but from listening to that conversation I can't really imagine that they have a lot in common."

Dain started to unpack the various cartons of food. "I'm sure they're just as beautiful as they were in the pictures. Cala does amazing work so they might even be better."

Jeff nodded. "She called this morning letting me know that they were almost done with them. She's going to come by early tomorrow with her granddaughter to help set them up. She also wanted to know how you were doing..." Jeff eyed Dain before turning to the Chinese but was was distracted by yet another phone call.
"Hello? Yes, what do you mean there isn't enough?!" It was the caterer. "No you can't...that...no wait...no I hate coconut!" Jeff was back into his first position, head in hand leaning over the counter.

Katrina grinned. "No that one is for later." She kissed the top of Alejandro's head before striding off to Yakov to show him the plan.

Yakov started massaging Jeff again. "Jeff, you should let me deal with the caterers.

Brandon wandered toward the food and smiled at Dane. "Is this for everyone or just the people too busy to eat?" He gestured toward Jeff and Yakov.

Dain ignored Jeff's comment. "There's a lot here. As long as the ones who've been forgetting to eat get some the rest is free for anyone who wants it."
