Yup. Completely blowing NaNoWriMo off. Who saw this one coming?

QA - Well, heck! o.O xd You live a complicated life. I wish I could offer some sort of advice, but you seem to know where you stand; the problem is making everyone else do what you want. xd Boy #2 deserves to be bitchslapped. Period. So do the others, but only for being obnoxious and male.

Sorry to hear you didn't get the apartment, but I'm sure something else will come up. And congrats on the clothes not fitting thing. It's a blessing and curse all in one.

I also liked 30 Days of Night, but then again I am a horror movie doof who goes home happy if she gets scared at least once.
Although I did leave with a headache. D: Why does everything have to be so -loud-?

e___e It's the squealing. The freaking squawking was absolutely interesting...but entirely too much x__x;

Granted I got to see it in a theatre with like....ten people in it, and they kept the stuff SO loud.

-------------

AD :: Lawl~ I'm blowing it off too x: Too much going on kthx~

In more other possibly interesting news :: More bridal shopping. You know, I think hot pink isn't really my color. x: Bride isn't finding her dress either. =___= It's kind of ridiculous when I had to kick her sister out of the dressing room for hurting her feelings and calling her fat in the middle of trying dresses on.

I'm starting to think I should be the damn maid of honor or whatever instead of her sister x: Then again, I passed out at the bridal shop since I have a cold that's getting even worse and I decided it'd be fun to go anyways and try to hide it. Laced into one corset and I was having to lean on someone. I won't be doing that again x:

I'm rambling again =D I should take care of myself but there's no time to do such things~

But here's a random game review since I took it easy today and found a new game to play. Persona3 is highly amusing, emo, and angsty. It's like a sad twist of a dating sim, Silent Hill, and Final Fantasy. Through the day you go through stuff like a dating sim and you get stuff leveled up through making friends and relationships through the town. At night, your school turns into a demon pit in this hour called the dark hour that happens between 11:59 and midnight. Ridiculous D; How do you fight these things? Oh...I'm glad you asked. You shoot yourself in the head....with this gun called an Evoker.

Yes.

Shooting yourself in the head.

=D

It's full of so much win in the angst factor. The art style and cut scenes are really nice though~ Interesting concept so far~

I left due to lack of time but my new job (lifeguard/instructor) leaves me plently o' time for the internet.

Ohhhman. We got a claim today that was actually more gruesome than most torture porn. o.O So gruesome, in fact, that I'm putting it in white text.
So, apparently the tenants of this apartment discovered this dark, horrible-smelling liquid coming out of their light switch, and they complained to the management that there was a sewage leak. When the maintenance guy came to investigate, he found that the liquid went up the wall to the apartment above, so he went to see if the leak was there. He found the resident dead in his bathroom and decomposing on the floor! That, my friends, was NOT sewage coming out of their light switch.

And, yes, I totally get paid to take claims like these.

jenna - What the flying suicidal ********? That is the most twisted s**t I've ever seen (and I myself am a connoisseur of twisted s**t). Just watching the vids on YouTube was bizarre. The battle music (non-boss) was like some kind of FFX-2 Gullwings theme superimposed over a DDR track. And am I correct in understanding that you also have to lead a non-supernatural life, too? Like...being social with other chars and s**t? To heck with that. I'm TERRIBLE at human interaction in videogames.

The old man has the bauble and won't give it up. Do you:

A) offer to pay for it
B) offer to do something for him
C) show him the Talizmann of Fayte
AyDee) kick him in his crotchety old nuts and grab the bauble from his hand, then kick him again for good measure

This is similar to my "setting Okami townspeople on fire" problem.

Laitue - Welcome back, what'syourface. xd whee

AD: WHY DID I READ THE CLAIM WHY?!

If that was me I would totally move out. And develop a fear of light switches.

AyDee :: For some reason, I thought you might enjoy that.

Right now I'm in the middle of trying to get the main character laid by the school treasurer that has an innate fear of talking to males and is also supposedly taking money from the student body to buy manga illustration books with stories in them that are discontinued and a crapton of money. . .

. . . -pelvic thrust-

But the music is actually pretty interesting. It's a nice twist on things XD

Jenna: So then would you say Persona3 is worth a chance? It's been catching my eye for a bit now and tempting me with pretty art but I've been resisting as I've not heard much about it.
PostPosted: Wed Nov 07, 2007 7:18 am
Well...I like it just because it's completely out of the ballpark than what I normally play ^^; Then again, my game choices are about as random as my music and movie choices. It's a little repetitive....but the characters are interesting and such. It takes a lot for a game to get me addicted enough for me to play for nearly twelve hours in one day...

I think I'll just leave it at that e__e;

AyDee - I'm so glad I came back in time to catch that claim. How absolutely vile. ... and yet I laughed a little. sad

Hi everyone. biggrin

(Also; I have a mouth that I can't get rid of? Why, Gaia? Why???)
PostPosted: Thu Nov 08, 2007 4:26 pm
I totally want a Smart Car. They're so...Jetson-y. o.O

Laitue - xd Most of the claims we get are about people who start cooking and then fall asleep. (They're usually drunk. We haven't been able to figure out why drunk people always try to cook with grease, but it's alarmingly common.) Corpse Claims are way cooler.

jenna - You're trying to get him laid? Good luck with that. xd

Lang-a-tron - Yo. Welcome to the wonderful world of Gaia Mouths.

Lawl. Best mission...ever.

They went on summer break to the class president's beach resort or whatever...not that anything like that is stereotypical.

Operation "Pick up Babes on the Beach"

You seriously have to hit on three sets of girls...A set of three, a pair, and one.

. . . The three girls think you're idiots. The pair of them already have boyfriends waiting for them...and the single one is a man.

And then you find some "super cute" girl on the dock all by herself and she's a robot that pretty much attaches herself to you =D Plus side of this: Her fingers are guns.

. . . Like, seriously.

=__= More bridal shopping tomorrow. Someone shoot me in the face.

Oh LOOK! it's that a*****e guy with the queery blue font again! =D

shut up, I like bashing myself kthnx.

I'm terrible for leaving for months on end. If anything I'm also glad to see that vile and gruesome AD claim... for some reason it reminds me of an old episode of CSI. o__O;

HEY! I posted on the same page Lang did xd
(And Lang... I still've yet to get you a birthday present. I so totally suck. crying )

>__> *sends item to Lang, LOL*

oh, one other thing...

HI YOU GUYS! biggrin I have major news for you

I know none of you care enough about gaia to actually go outside the confines of the guild, etc... but I think this might interest you (especially you, A.D.)

Gaia... has actually MANAGED for Yasunori Mitsuda to do the music for Gaia Battle...

Yes, AyDee... you read right. <******** the uninformed, that means the guy who made the themes for such popular games as Chrono Cross, Chrono Trigger, Xenogears, and Xenosaga Episode I: Der Wille zur Macht amongst others)

Shiro: Now that you mention CSI... I think it's because there was some episode where this guy died in the tub and corpse!water flooded the whole house.

Yes. Corpse!water.

Yasunori Mistuda? Holly crap. I wonder how they managed to swing that one. I know Gaia's pretty big online but STILL. Wow. That actually makes me kinda wanna try Gaia Battle.

AD: And that is why I never cook when drunk! Or sober for that matter, as the result is more or elss tha same. I am a TERRIBLE cook. Terrible.

In exciting news I am going to the orchestra tonight. They're playing video game music. Oh yes. :3 I'm pretty exciting for it. There's also a bunch of live action stuff and graphics. It looks like it'll be pretty durn nifty.

PostPosted: Fri Nov 09, 2007 4:13 pm
AD-bot - Thank you kindly. D:

Shiro - Yeah, props to CSI dude!! Love it.

Also. WTH? Yasunori Mitsuda?! Shut up, mang. That's almost scary. D: No.

Shiro - Lies! Vicious LIES!!! Mitsuda would never fall so far...

...
..... crying

Laitue - ROFL! I was about to say that about MY cooking...

How was the Geek Orchestra? whee

Lang - Ho!

ALL:

Not that this would have been noticed, but I'm not going to be around for the next couple of weeks. I have to get applications in for grad school (...ermf) and can't really afford my usual guild-haunting tendencies. I'll be missing for a while, so please try to keep all maniacal plots to a minimum. (FYI: The fire extinguisher is in the hallway and the number for Poison Control is taped to the fridge.) Wish me luck, if you don't mind. I'm sure going to need it.
