jenna - Yeesh. That's quite an adventure, even for you. I'm surprised they managed to close it with six stitches; must have been big ones. I'm glad you'll live, though. And, really, it was good of your prof to drive you to the ER. She could have just kicked you out of the classroom. sweatdrop
I haven't seen Soul Eater. Is it worth watching? The only thing I'll probably be following this season is Vampire Knight (er...I don't have any explanation for that). If you want to see some hilariously bad pacing and storyline, watch the first ep of Nabari no Ou. There are no words.

The gash was only an inch across. I guess they thought I'd be okay without it. After this weekend, I guess we'll see how it goes. I'm in one piece and that's all that really matters in the end though~
Soul Eater actually caught me right away. One of my friends started spamming fanart in their blog and triggered me to check it out and the only issue I have with it so far...is the fact that it looks really similar to D.Gray Man...and Soul's voice does not suit him until you watch it and get used to it. It's like looking at Chii and putting Barry White's voice to it. Kind of strange. The concept is amusing though~ I really enjoyed it and the second episode just released~
o: I'm actually fond of Vampire Knight~ Though I haven't watched the anime yet. The episodes are sitting in wait for me. I've had an over fondness for the shiny shojou sparkles lately for some reason. Special A is the other one sitting around for me to watch x__o; Though it's the generic high school lawlztastic rivalry...thing....

I tried watching Chobits with my little sister, thinking it'd be a safe one. And then the 'gina power switch happened. There was little to be said after that. :u
I almost put Elfen Lied away when I got the creeping suspicion of Love Hina after the first few episodes. *Shudders.* Never again. x_x

Seriously though, things are good right now. I have a pretty busy schedule these days, but a VACATION is coming in one week and then I'll be finished here two months after that. Right now the cherry blossoms are in bloom, so I spent today going around town (and then going to Matsumoto castle) taking pictures and such. I shall upload those later, as I remember AD expressed interest waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back when concerning Japan and pixxorz. Other than that, I've been doing ... stuff.

AD: Soul Eater is like D.Gray man with all the seriousness of One Piece. Still, it's very fluid in it's animation.
As for Nabari no ou, sure it's bad, but not nearly as cliché-ridden and chunky/clunky animation as Neo Angelique Abyss.
Nabari no ou is naruto in a real-world setting with ninja clans that did exist IRL. Naruto is emo-er and gayer, the Sasuke archetype is more friendly and less dark, the Sakura archetype is present with more anger than the "original" (a.k.a. much more of a tsundere) and the Kakashi archetype is more comical and is not taken seriously most of the time.
Neo Angelique Abyss however has the hero rescue princess with nuclear-destructive powers, and the baddies wanting to harness that for themselves archetype set in stone since the get-go. Characters are even unappealing. There's so much of a diatribe I can write here, it'd be consistent with a lengthy novel. It simply is THAT bad.
...and back to Soul Eater, there's TWO versions of episode 1. the second being a "late-night-show" screening of the same episode, but with much more fanservice. Right now Rumbel fansubs decided on showcasing only the late-night version while Anime Enlightenment will showcase the "daytime" version.
Koji: I actually can admit I am lame enough to have watched both Chobits and Elfen Lied... and have liked them. gonk And yes, I watched kimikiss and snow fairy sugar. I still have no clue wtf I was drinking at that time, but I suspect it had to do something with one too many Zombie cocktails. @w@

D; The "Late-night" edition of Soul Eater also added a bit more "gore" in the beginning. The rest of it was generally the same n__n~

uh, no, jenna. the same gore is what I saw in the AEN subs and theirs was daytime. you know which is which because the commercial-break things which they introduce the sponsors shows differently. (daytime one shows Maka spinning the Scythe, in the late-night one it shows Blair taking her bath)
I know this because I have no life. And watch too much anime nowadays with the free time that I do have on occasion. :C
and yes. Jenna = Hardcore. Especially when it comes to self-injury it seems. xD <3

I mean...yeah, I'm clumsy, but wtfever. Those support bars should not be hanging out on the wall like they were. Anyone could've been pushed or fallen into one of those~ I just happened to be the lucky one to actually DO so.

I can't imagine anything of importance happened in between. Nope. rofl It was cute, but nothing more, sadly. sad Jenna: Holy crap! gonk No painkillers? Those bastards! I'm glad you are ok though. Alucard: Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is actually pretty good. I ended up watching it because of 4chan. It's pretty trippy in some parts but I laughed out loud a few times and was left feeling overall satisfied. :'D Koji: Hey you. :0 Your avatar frightens me.

Ryuu~ Roffle, try it and let us see the results. xD I once read about this expirement where they gave an artist some kind of drug (LCD/PCP something around those lines.) and left him in a room with a box of art supplies. The pictures were interesting. o.o I'll try and find it again.
