Slamming the book shut, she stood up and walked over to the guy by the tree, she stood for a second watching him. Then walked the rest of the way and tapped him on the shoulder. "Can I listen?" She asked, tucking a stray piece of hair behind her ear.

Summer had been about to tell Kaori that she wasn't hungry when she heard someone sneeze and instead turned around to look at the boy, following Kaori's and Hakuya's gazes. "Hello." She said to him after the new girl had walked up behind him. She noticed tension in her friends when they had noticed the boy and shrugged, not seeing what there was to get so uptight about.

Lance looked up at the two of them. "huh? Oh, yeah sure." he handed the first girl the ipod and earphones. Then he turned to the second girl and replied, "Hi."

Assuming the boy was probably busy with his iPod, she smiled at him before turning back around and laying in the grass. I'm tired...She thought sleepily then yawned behind her hand.

Kaori walked up to the boy and looked up at him with her head inches from his. She frowned. "are you a human? were you....spying?" she tilted her head to the side.

"Thanks," Serenity took the earbud and sat down beside him, nodding her head to the familiar rythem of Linkin Park. She closed her eyes almost all the way and watched Kaori through her eye lashes.

"Kaori, are you bugging those people?" Summer said without opening her eyes. She brought her arms up behind her head and used them as a pillow. She thought this would be a good place to come and play her trumpet when she got the chance.

"NO!" she called to summer but not moving her head or her body. "Im not bugging ANYONE!" then she smiled. "were you spying on us?"

Summer smirked and shook her head. "Of course not." She mumbled. She decided to leave Kaori be, as long as she didn't tick anyone off there wasn't any harm being done.

Hakuya only sat there, watching Summer and Kaori, and giggling quietly to herself; the wind blowling her hair and tail gently.

Serenity opened her eyes and glanced at Kaori, "I don't know about him, but I wasn't," she said jerking her head at Lance, deftly catching the earbud as it fell out.

"See Kaori?" Summer said rolling over onto her stomach propping herself up on her elbows. She looked to Kaori and the other two. "They weren't spying, they just happened to come by the river same time we did." She said with a smile.

Kaori sniffed the boy. "but she smell tense and.....good..." she pouted and stepped back and began walking toward Summer.

"I never said i was going to eat him now did i!" sh pouted. "...now im hungery...he smells good..." she looked over at Summer's disaproving face. "but iv smelt better." she playfully stuck her tongue out at her.
