Namine smiled. "I dont care if you tease me or not. I kind of like it. It's tough being in the business were in. There isn't much interaction with the opposite gender. I've forgotten the fun of flirting and the feel of someones touch. I mean I get touched plenty but thats usually when im grappling or fighting someone." Namine adjusted herself so she was sideways on his lap and could easily turn her head to face him. "Sometimes it gets lonely Ryan."

"Yeah...hey, speaking of the business i wonder where the Boss is, i saw her a few hours ago...but i dont know where she went." he told her as she adjusted her self to better see him on his lap. "oh, you know it does...i mean i know its dangerous to have a significant other, it means you endager their lives while your in a gang."

Namine looked at him from lowered lashes. " I dont think I want to see the boss when im like this on you." Namine smiled at him. " For moment Ryan you made me forget all my worries and what I truly am." Namine ran her hands down his face.

He smiled as she ran her hands down his face. "haha, that would be kind of funny." he told her,"really? haha, is that a good thing?" he asked her. he wasn't too worried about the boss comming in.

Namine laughed. "Can't you imagine the bosses face if she us? She would probably torture us somewhat. You know she frowns upon members of the clan getting together without her consent. PLus even though we aren't together in the sense it may look like it. And yes I have enjoyed myself with you. This job takes a toll and like I said you forget the wonders of what living involves. Can you imagine me telling a guy.. Oh hey Im Namine would you like to go on a date? And by the way im a hired assassin and guard." She smiled a bit but felt a bit sad at the reality.

"yeah i can imagine it. haha, i would laugh a lot." he told her trying to make light of the situation. He still thought it might be quite funny to see the boss's face. He thought about answering her question but he knew it was a rhetorical one. "hmmm.. thats cool. So then shouldnt you be a better fighter than, me? a lowly(sp) gang member?" he asked her, and teasing her a little at the same time.

"hehe..not exactly. My forte has to do more with weapons. I dont get into many fights because my tactics are different. Im a girl and thats an advantage you dont have. I can't get close to the target and you know the rest. I mean look at us now If I had wanted to I could have taken out this needle.." Namine flicked her wrist bringing out a shining object from her band " and I could have stuck it in your neck..puncturing your blood vessel so you bleed out..internally." Namine put the pin away. "You are more skilled in hand to hand then I am. You're a tough fighter and I liked that you didn't take it easy on me." Namine kissed his cheek.

"ah ok..." he said laughing a little,"hmmm...how is being a girl an advantage?...wait...dont answer that i dont want to get into a 'battle of the sexes'...and i bet you wouldnt kill me, im way too loveable." he said smiling, and being full of himself but in a joking manner. "ah, you mind getting up? i wanna take off my jacket its hotter in my office than i thought."

" Oops..sorry." Namine got up and moved to her original seat. "What I mean is that most of my kills are men and as such im forced to use my assets. It's not much fun. I prefer a weapons fight..even a fist fight." Namine smiled "So I was glad to fight you even if I didnt win."

"its ok," he said as he got up and took his jacket off and dropped it on the floor, and hearing a big thud from the jacket. "Ah, i see now. But you're pretty easy to fall for....i mean you look intelligent, funny, beautiful, and you have the prettiest eye's ive ever seen." he told her as she smiled."haha...yeah...again sorry about the bruise." he apologized to her again, he really did feel bad about it. He then went back over and sat in his seat.

Namine found herself blushing at his statement. " T..thank you Ryan. I happend to think you are attractive as well. I mean who wouldnt fall for you? Blond, blue eyed, skilled fighter, and musician. You have a lot going for you. Id be curious to see what would have happened had we met under different circumstances. And dont worry about the bruise. That fight was worth it." Namine made a fist. "I'll get stronger you'll see."

He looked over at her,"No problem...haha i dont know...i dont think i'm so as some people say "cute" but whatever you say." Ryan said to her."Ok then...i wont worry. Ha, ok then i'll plan on fighting you when you are stronger." he told her as she had her fist in the air. He thought about it for a moment, he really did like her...but he didnt know if boss would approve of a realationship in the workplace... so he forgot about that idea...but still wanted if no relationship was to happen that they could be the best of friends.

Namine moved close to Ryan and wrapped her arms around him. "This once...just to know what it would be like..." Namine brought her lips close to his. At first her lips barely touched his but then she pressed closer. She didn't know why she was doing it and her brain was commanding her to stop. Her body had said different though. She knew she would be embarrased afterwards. He wasn't a kill he was different and as such her kiss had feeling. Pulling back she apologized for her behavior. Namine ran a hand through her hair and sighed. This was most definetely strange for her.

When she kissed him, he was a little surprised...but in a good way. So he kissed back. then when she stopped kissing him and apologized he told her,"It's ok...i liked it..." he leaned in a little closer to her, smiled and kissed her on her lips.

Namine felt better when he claimed to like the kiss. She sure wasn't expecting a second but she got one. Her stomach felt like butterflies were in them. Namine either you are getting soft or that sandwich was not that good. She smiled " I liked it too Ryan..I thought you might have been upset that I kissed you though." Strangely she felt more lighthearted than she had in a long time.
