Riku's eyes shifted away from the others. It wasn't hard to guess that was a touchy subject for the silvernette. "I was diagnosed with schizophrenia, wearing the blindfold helps me not to see my hallucinations. Keeps me a little more sane than normally." Riku said softly with a deep onset frown that wasn't there before as he slipped the blindfold back over his eyes and tying it easily around his head letting his hair cover up some of the blindfold. "Roxas thought of it about two days after he came here. I guess by know you already know I'm the one that called your friend. I wasn't suppose to, but I started sneaking into one of the offices and used the phone when I knew no one was watching. I have been trying for about two weeks to find you for Roxas. " Riku said wanting to make the blonde a little more sane like he did for him. Roxas smiled a little at Axel before climbing back onto the bed and curling up next to Axel.

"I see..," Axel said softly. "Well, thank you for calling me, then... I really appreciate it...and I'm sure Roxas does, too," he thanked him, bowing his head to him a bit. He ran his fingers through Roxas' locks, loving to play with his hair.
"Roxas, I-- Axel..?" came a soft voice from the door way. The redhead looked up at the doorway to see Sora standing there staring at them. "Oh... Hey, Sora... How have you been doing..?" he asked a bit awkwardly. Sora hurried over to him and threw his arms around his shoulders, hugging Axel tightly. Axel blinked in surprise before wrapping his free arm around Sora's waist and hugging him back. "It's good to see you, too, Sora..," he whispered. "I thought you'd never come see him again! Now he's actually smiling... You made him smile..," he whispered in Axel's ear. Axel smiled softly and hugged him a little tighter for a brief moment before letting go, the brunette pulling back. He wiped some small tears from his face and sniffled before asking, "H-He's not here, is he..?" he asked Axel, voice trembling a little. When Axel shook his head, he felt his body relax in relief. "He's back at home... We're staying with my ex- Marluxia. We're...both working on cleaning ourselves up," he explained briefly. He pulled Roxas closer to him then. sora nodded. "That...That's good to hear," he said softly. Sora then glanced to his right and smiled again. "Riku! I didn't see you standing there..," he told him in a soft voice. He then walked over to him and hugged him, arms going around the silvernette's neck.
Axel, while those two hugged, turned his attention down at Roxas, a larger smile crossing his lips. He ended up scratching the boy's ears gently, rubbing them with gentle fingertips.

Roxas smiled again moving into Axel's touch slowly as he got use to the fingers in his hair. It felt nice to feel contact again. Riku never really hugged Roxas unless he was that upset, so Sora was the only one that really came into contact with Roxas and all he did more than Riku was hugs for welcoming and goodbyes.
The ocean-like eyes moved to the door hearing Sora. Roxas could almost hear the word Sora come out of his mouth, yet he said nothing. His mouth didn't even open in the slightest. He was still too weak to talk even with Axel, Sora, and Riu there to support him. The blonde hugged Axel tighter as Sora moved his attention to Riku.
Riku smiled slightly hugging Sora back. "Are you making fun of my eyesight?" Riku asked jokingly of course. He knew Sora would never truly make fun of him for choosing to blind himself from the world. Sora was good to him and definitely good to Roxas. If he wasn't absolutely crazy, he would have already asked Sora out on a date or at least an evening together. Sadly thought that was probably never going to happen. Riku had been checked in against his own desires so he could simply leave like some of the others. Roxas could leave his parents let him, but both his parents agreed he had to stay there until he at least started to talk and accept help for his pain.

Sora blushed in embarassment, not even realizing that it could be taken that way. He played it off anyway. "Yes, Riku. That's exactly what I was doing. How'd you catch on?" He smiled and leaned up to kiss his cheek before standing at his side and subtley linking their hands together between them.
Axel glanced down at their hands with a slightly raised eyebrow before shaking his head and holding Roxas close. "You okay, Rox..?" he asked him softly so the other two wouldn't hear. He kissed the top of his head and continued to rub the boy's ears.

Riku laughed a little at Sora's response. "Just a lucky guess, I suppose," Riku said back feeling a smile dance on his lips at the kiss and hand. He knew that it was somewhat wrong to lead Sora on like this when he had no hope of them truly being together, but it felt nice to have someone see past this flaws. Riku's hand returning the warm welcome after a moment. Sora was probably popular enough to get anyone he wanted. Girl or boy. Riku was sure when someone better than him leaped headfirst into Sora's life, Sora would be just as happy with them or even more than with him. Riku thought it better that way. The voices would only hurt Sora....
Roxas shook his head a little not moving from Axel's warmth. He wanted to hide behind Axel's strength. It probably would not help him, but it would make him feel better even for the moment. Roxas the past few days had just started to feel like a mindless doll drawing out hopeless desires. Axel gave him back that hope at least.

Sora leaned his head on Riku's arm a little since he was a good bit shorter than him. He knew riku would probably never allow them to be together. He was too self-conscious about his illness. Sora knew Riku enough to know that Riku thought Sora would be much better with anyone else, but Sora...Sora felt so comfortable in Riku's company. He always made Riku laugh and vice-versa. They always had something to talk about, and even if it were silent between the two, they could just enjoy each others' company. Sora, at this moment, felt like he would never be as happy being with anyone else. He didn't tell any of this to Riku, though. He kept it to himself, just like Riku kept his thoughts quiet. For now, Sora just wanted to enjoy the time he got with him and be happy.
Axel just pulled him closer and kissed the top of his head. "I'm here, Baby. Don't leave my arms and you'll be alright," he mumbled to him lovingly.

Roxas felt his body tremble at Axel's words.... How was he alright? Nothing about him was right. He was broken, but had to hide half the pieces so people won't think he was more crazy than he actually was. Fear was Roxas's illness and it was so powerful that it made him want to just coward away and never deal with anyone other than people in this room already.
Riku felt Sora head lean on his shoulder. Riku's thoughts were all entangled in the other now. Sora really did make it too hard to resist. "Sora.." Riku started before hearing a bell go off. It was the bell for lunch, all patients not checked in by themselves were required to at least go sit down at a table with food in front of them. Riku turned away from Sora. "Roxas, we have to go eat." He said shortly, he wasn't mad though. Well, at least not at anyone currently around him. He just didn't like reporting to places at a bell, and neither did Roxas. It was like a school but it was everyday not just Monday-Friday with holidays. Roxas got up glancing back at Axel. "You can come eat with us if you like, unless you have to go," Riku offered seeing that look in Roxas's eyes. He was going to get in trouble if he didn't go to lunch, but he would rather get in trouble than leave Axel alone in his room.

Axel felt Roxas begin to tremble, and it broke him a bit. He just held Roxas tighter, breath catching in his chest. It practically scared him shitless when Riku began speaking with him. He jumped a bit, looking at him with wide eyes before nodding. "Y-Yeah. No, I'll stay and eat. I need to call Marluxia, though," he told him softly before looking back down at Roxas. He had been so caught up in he and Roxas' world earlier that he just...forgot anything else existed. "Rox, you wanna stay with me while I call him, or you wanna go ahead and go with them? I dunno how long I'll be on the phone," he asked him softly, running his hand through the blond hair before kissing the crown of his head, then his forehead, then his nose.
sora just squeezed Riku's hand tighter when the silvernette said his name in that tone that he recognized. He didn't want to talk about it. He just wanted to enjoy their time together.

Roxas looked up at Axel when he asked if he wanted to wait with him. He wanted to stay but he couldn't. They all had to report on time or they would get in trouble for 'skipping'. Riku could tell that Roxas wanted to stay, but he knew the rules just as well as Roxas. "He can't, they'll say he was skipping. Just catch up with us, the dinning hall is right down the hallway, it's the biggest room, I don't think you can miss it." Riku said softly reaching out his other hand for Roxas who took it timidly. Roxas's ocean-like eyes turning back to the emerald eyes begging for them not to be apart for too long as he was ushered out the room along with his twin. Roxas's hand lifting up a little to wave goodbye as they finally made it to the door.
Riku who was still blindfolded surprisingly didn't have a problem navigating the halls. He had memorized all the footsteps he need to get too and from the places he went to the most, and was learning the rest as he needed them. It was a trick he picked up talking to a blind counselor that came to see to him after he choose to start wearing the blindfold. Of course the counselor came originally to get him to stop doing it, because his psychologist thought it was unhealthy, the counselor ended up really helping him adapt.

Axel watched sadly as Roxas left. He gave a small wave as well before pulling out his phone and quickly calling Marluxia. "Mar, Mar? I just talked to him.... He is fine.... He's... really sad. I can tell. But he's fine... He won't talk to anyone... He's a really amazing artist, though. He's drawn out all of his thoughts and dreams and nightmares... It's beautiful. Him not speaking at least gives me something to work towards now, though... I'll get to know him better... ...I was gonna stay to eat lunch with him and his brother and friend. Do you think I should? Or do you think I should come home? How's Dem? Do you think I should just come home instead?"

Marluxia jumped a little hearing the phone going off. "Shh, Sh, Shh, it's probably just Axel, calm down," Marluxia said quickly as Demyx started to flip out about how it's probably Sora calling to say he told the cops everything and Demyx was going to be put away like he deserved. The pink haired man then jumped off the couch and got the phone answering it before moving back to Demyx. "shh, shh, shh, Demmy baby, it's okay, it's Axel, I promise." Marluxia mumbled to the blonde getting him to lay back down as he listened to Axel speak. He didn't want Demyx to hear to much of the conversation, so he walked into the other room watching Demyx carefully. "Oh Dem? a little shaken up, but it might just go away.... He is really scared about you getting reconnected with Sora and Roxas though, he stopped eating. I tried to get him to eat something and he won't. I don't want to tear you away from Roxas, but maybe you jumping back into Roxas's life isn't a good idea right now, Axel." Marluxia whispered trying not to be so loud hoping Demyx would be too caught up in his own thoughts to care about the phone call. "HE IS GOING BACK TO ROXAS!?" damn, so much for that idea. "I'M DEAD, I'M DEAD, HE IS GOING TO GET ME THE DEATH PENALTY!!" Demyx screamed going into hysterics again. "Demyx! Calm down, Axel is your friend, he wouldn't do something that would lead to that!" Marluxia yelled back quickly. "Axel, I have to go, you better come back here and have seriously considered what I said," Marluxia said back into the phone before hanging up. He couldn't talk with Axel and calm Demyx down from that.

Axel bit his lip as he heard Demyx freak out on the other side. He didn't even get to say anything... Axel sighed and snapped his phone shut before walking down the hall to the cafeteria. He glanced around from the entrance then smiled softly as he noticed the trio sitting at a round table together. He quickly strode over and sat down in the empty seat beside Roxas. "Roxas, Baby, I have to go home, okay?" he told the blond softly. "I'm sorry, but...he's really freaking out. He thinks I'm gonna turn him in because I've come over to your side or something... I can't do that, though. He's getting better, he just...needs some time." He ran his fingers through Roxas' hair gently and looked into his eyes. "I'll come back in a few days, okay? I promise." He leaned forward and kissed his forehead gently before looking back into his eyes. "I promise you I won't leave you alone again. I just have to wait a few days so he'll calm down."

Roxas looked up at Axel with a soft smile. The food that was now in front of of the three didn't look bad, but not particularly delicious either. The smile faded hearing Axel had to go. He thought he was going to get a little more time with him before he left.... Roxas felt shivers run through him realizing who Axel was referring too... and Sora didn't look steady either. Roxas nodded though and hugged Axel one last time before letting him leave out the door. As soon as the redhead could no longer been seen from the table they were at Roxas's eyes moved to Sora's. He wanted so badly to believe Axel's words but a part of Roxas just couldn't especially if Demyx was in the picture.

"I'm sorry, Baby," he whispered to Roxas one last time during their hug before leaving, waving a bit with a sad smile. As soon as he exited the cafeteria, he took off down the hallways to the parking lot. Fifteen minutes later, almost thirty going the speedlimit normally, he parked in Marluxia's driveway. He hopped out of the car and hurried to the front door, hearing Demyx still freaking out somewhat. "Dem!" he called as he opened the door, leaving it adjar as he followed the noise. As soon as he turned the corner into the hallway, he ran over, helping Marluxia drag him away from the bathroom so he couldn't lock himself in again. He worked his way in front of Demyx and grabbed his shoulders tightly, trying to look into his eyes. "Demyx! Dem, look at me. Look into my eyes, Demyx! I'm here, okay? I'm not leaving you! Calm the ******** down and talk to me!" he yelled at him, gripping tighter to break his concentration on freaking out.
Sora glanced over at Roxas with a slight frown and a tense frame. His hand was holding Riku's very tightly. "H-He'll be back, Roxas... He wouldn't leave you again. Both you and h-h-h-him need a lot of attention right now... That...that's a lot for one person... Just...give him time to...to balance it out..," he tried to console his twin as he, himself, was shaking from the memories flashing through his mind.
