Santos chuckled. "It's a good thing I came back when I did. Any long and I might have needed to bring you a full elephant," he grinned and stepped over to Adia, his eyes dancingwith delight, and nuzzled her softly. "And how is my favorite female in the whole of the earth doing this morning?" he asked, resting his jaw on her head.

Adia purred, her hunger sated for the time being and enjoying the loving attention from Santos. "Delightful." She replied. "It seems the lion of my dreams has been up and moving early this morning. How are you my love?"

"I'd get up anytime to make my lovely happy. I'm doing better than wonderful. I'm the happiest lion in the pride lands right now," he smiled an licked her cheek, then licked her belly. "Our babies need love too," he laughed.

Adia giggled at Santos and nosed his neck. "They do but remember too much loving and they take it out on me." She replied and yawned unable to keep from it. "Have any of the others awakened yet?" She asked while slowly standing up and stretching out her still sleeping muscles.

"But if we love them enough they won't be trouble makers," he said with a grin. "Arsenic is up as always. Nimbus might be, I'm not sure. Other than them I have no clue," he shrugged and nosed her cheek. "Why don't we find out? A few might already be gone on their rounds but I cancall them back."

Adia smiled. "Well it seems the more you nuzzle on them while in there the more they wish to kick mommy in the ribs." She replied giving Santos a light n** to the ear. "Getting everyone together this time will be hard. The pride has grown a lot since Daveigh and Arsenic were born." She said while slowly heading down to the cave entrance.

Santos shrugged and smiled. Oh.. just leave it to me, Love," he winked and once close enough took agreat leap to the platform outside the cave. He raised his muzzle to the air and with a deep breath let out a loud roar that would still be clear well beyond the prides boarders. Many birds scattered from thetrees and all the nearby Gazelle and Zebra looked up from grazing, highly startled. The roar wasn't threatening, simly joyous. "That'll get their attention..."
Arsenic looked up from a nearby corner and ran towards his parents. His father sounded so happy.. happier than was usual for him. He looked between his mother and father and tilted hishead. "What's going on?"
Nimbus jumped up, startled out of his sleep. The remains of the roar echoed through the cave. He growled quietly and stepped out of the cave. "I was sleeping," he yawned at his father. "This better be important."

Adia came to Santos' side as the roar echoed over the lands. Giving his neck a sweet nuzzle she smiled as her two sons were the first to appear.
Daveigh had been so close to the pride borders when the roar reached her ears. Her plans to disappear for the day in search of Anu were now put on hold as she raced back to the pride caves at full speed. She came to a hault in front of the cave platform and looked up to her father. "What?"

Karounos yawned at the great roar, and stood, hsaking himself and stretching before approaching where the king was. He found Nomis on the way, and grabbed her by the scruff of the neck, taking her with.
Nomis grumbled as her dad picked her up- she was tired from being out all night, and wished only ot sleep...

Aquos was in full run back to the den with a rather large fish in his mouth since hearing the call of the king. Aquos loved the water and was quiet the pro at fishing already, so he'd go out each morning to bring back a fish for Mikhail and Sienna when they awoke. He dropped the fish on the ground and laid down with his front paws onto of it, panting. He looked up with a sleepish "I'm here" look in his face.

The little grey cub literally jumped several feet as the roar awoke him from deep slumber. It took him a moment of flailing about to note that the roar had no malice. Happy? He looked up curiously and bound out of the cave. Seeing Aquos he padded up beside him, sitting back on his haunches. Looking up he perked his ears curiously. "What's happened?"

Naida heard the roar, and trotted at a leisurely pace from where she'd been laying on a rock and pawing at the water, thinking of her son. Yukio had been sent off to live with Yiska for a time, hoping he'd come back to his usual self if he was away from Daveigh for a time. It'd hurt her to send him off, but she knew it was for the best, though her head hung much lower than usual, and her pace was sluggish as she returned to join the group, carefully avoiding looking at Daveigh if only to not remind herself of her missing son...
Sienna yawned walked slowly from the cave where she'd been sound asleep not but a moment before. Collapsing at her daddy's feet, she proceeded to curl back up and close her eyes, letting the sun's warmth lull her back to her dreams.

Santos smiled to all his members. He had quite the pride now. He bowed his head to all of them and shot a concerned glance at Naida. "Excuse me If I woke you up or dragged you away from an important task.. but we've got some good news," she turned and nuzzled Adia's neck lovingly, waiting for herto either announce it, or give him the go ahead.

Naida looked at Adia and cocked her head, quickly guessing what it was probably going to be, and curious to know if she was right. She was happy for her queen, but the idea of new cubs also depressed her and put an arrow in her heart, reminding her of when her own three were born, and how happy Yukio used to be. However, she quickly put a smile on her face though her eyes spoke of her sadness, but she wasn't going to ruin the moment for anyone and lay down to both give Sienna a bath, and to wake her up for the announcement. "Sweetie...Adia has some news for us..."
"Mom...!" She moaned and stretched, trying to ignore her mom, but the the dream had come and gone and sleep was to be no more. Yawning, she looked up sleepily, no longer arguing the point and watching the others around her."

Adia was surprised by all the members of their pride. She had not realized they had so many though a couple were missing it was still pretty big. At Santos' nuzzle she licked his muzzle and nudged him. She had announced it the last time of course she'd been the only one to know but now it was Santos' turn. She just wanted to sit and watch.
Daveigh eyed her mother and father. What kind of announcement would apply that the whole pride be present?
