Rude rested a hand on Rufus' shoulder as the small blond leaned against him. He knew his boss was already on a short fuse and these two were seconds away from lighting it.
"Ya know ... "He straightened up and flicked a hand though his hair. "I'd say you guys were professionals, but miss pinky here dosent know how to have fun." A lopsided grin slipped across his face. "Wadya say partner?"
Tseng tsked slightly and turned away from them. Laying a hand on Rufus' other shoulder he leaned down to speak to him quietly and nodded as Rufus moved away from Rude. "Rude. Make sure Reno gets home at least in one piece."
He could tell this was getting on Rufus nerves and the boss needed to get away from things before he ended up going off on someone. It would not to to let people see Rufus in anything but in controll of himself.

Nallin twitched slightly as Reno called her 'Pinky' again and managed to resist the urge to chuck somethign blunt and heavy at his head. Instead, she forced herself to relax a bit more, schooling her expression into one of polite neutrality. From what she could see, Kayin's words were proving to be true. Still.
"On the contrary," she began in her softest and most professional tone of voice, "I do know how to have fun. I think perhaps though, that your idea of fun and mine are vastly different."
She paused a moment and studied the white clad audio more closely.
"Umm.. if your boss isn't feeling well, there's a staircase down the hall to your left about 3-4 feet. Takes you right outside if you don't wanna fuss with going through the rest of the shop."
She shrugged and waited to see what happened. Hopefully her attempt at restoring politeness would work.

Kayin's ears flickered as he noticed the seemingly bald Audio comforting the one dressed in white. Seemed to him that the 'bald' one was calmer than the rest.
His attention turned to Reno. "Pinky? You mean Nallin? She's fun! She can be REALLY fun! If 'dot-head' would be a bit calmer then maybe we could actually have some fun instead of acting like someone just died here."

Tseng's shoulders stiffened as he heard Kayin's words but instead of letting them get to him he followed Rufus out the door. Reno and Rude could deal with them and he and Rufus could go find something else to do. Like find some small buisness to take over for the hell of it.
"She only count's as fun if i can get her sk....." The rest of his words were cut off as Rude clamped one gloved hand over his muzzle. Damn it that wasnt any fun.
Reaching up he managed to pry Rude's hand mostly off his mouth. "Damn it .... why do you always have to stop me when i'm about to say something good."
Rude raised a brow and looked down at Reno. "Because your tongue gets you in more trouble than Rufus can get you into."
Reno grinned and stuck his tongue out. "Yea, but you like it"

Nallin sighed and closed her eyes, again massaging the bridge of her muzzle. After a moemnt, she paused and tilted her head curiously, addressing her puzzlement to the balding audio.
"Do I even want to know what he was about to say?"
She wandered over to a chair and flopped down, wincing s her ankle twinged.
"So now what?"

Kayin yipped loudly. "Card games! Come on! Fun! Lets goooo people! We're burning daylight!" He flopped on his back and whined. "P-L-A-Y! Move it move it! Lets get playing before the day ends!"

"Ya probably dont want to know." He grinned. "Though if you are as smart as you think you are then you can probably guess." His grin was bright as he hung offf Rude's arm.
"And i wouldnt play card's with this lug. He always wins."
He grunted and shook Reno off his arm. "I do not always win. Tseng always wins."

Nallin ignored the three males for the moment, massaging her ankle and muttering under her breath as she tried to figure out what Reno had been about to say.
"Skinned? Skinny dipping? Skiing? Ska? Skunk? Bah..."

Kayin eyed the red haired male speaking with Nallin. "You should tell her, or she'll go crazy wondering what it is!" He snickered.
Then he looked to Rude and Tseng. "You two are good at cards?! Come on then! Lets play! We'll see how good you really are."

"The word was skirt." He grinned. "Though i cant say the rest cause Rude's gloves really dont taste good and i dont want them plastered on my muzzle again.
He grunted and rolled his shoulders. "I dont play cards." He didnt unless he was half drunk and they were betting on Reno. Though these two didnt need to know that. Besides they were still on the clock so they shouldnt be playing games anyway.

"Skirt..." Nallin smacked her palm lightly agaisnt her forehead. "I should have guessed that one and I'm pretty sure I don't really wanna know where the rest of that thought was headed."
This time she chuckled and relaxed a bit more, grinnign easily at the other two.
"Hate to disappoint though, boyo," she replied with mock demure-ness, "but I don't wear skirts. I don't believe in easy access that hasn't been earned."
She glanced at Kayin, wondering if she should try to be a good hostess and offer the two a drink. Except... all she had here was chocolate milk and water and she couldn't see Kayin forgiving her for giving away the precious cocomoo... So...
"Umm.. you guys want a glass of water or summat?"

Kayin huffed. "Alright alright, I see you guys are not the types for games and stuff." He placed the cards down and stood up. "Guess I should stop with the bubbly attitude?" He stretched a bit, arching back on his paws. Padding his way over to Nallin and giving her a bright smile. "Do we still have any chocolate milk left?" He turned to their new -friends-, "You guys can't have any chocolate milk, seems like you get enough of it from Mr. Glasses anyways."

Reno stared at Kayin for a moment. "Holy ******** ... he's almost as bad as me." He snickered and straightened up. "I like you kid, and unless that water is just vodca in disgise, nah"
One brow raised above the level of his glasses. Usually he only heard thoes sorts of things from Reno not others.

Nallin found herself blinking in surprise as Kayin dropped his bright and bubbly attitude.
"Yeah, carton's still in the fridge," she turned to Reno and shook her head. "Sorry, no vodka. Can't stand the stuff. Your tall, dark and silent friend want any water?"
She rummaged in the fridge, pulling out the chocolate milk for Kayin and searchign for somethign she could drink to steady her wire-taut nerves. She smiled when her search yielded a couple of Jack Daniels cordials.
"Blessed patron god of underpants," she breathed, "someone up there likes me today."
Straightening up, she knocked the cap off one botle and held the other up for Reno's inspection.
"No vodka, but you can have the last one of these if you like."

"Okey dokey then! Thanks Nallin!" He moved over to the fridge and popped it open. "Now that we have established that I'm not stupid, and I'm just a naturally happy person, we can move on." He smiled brightly pulling the carton of chocolate milk out of the fridge. "Aha!" He popped the top open gulping about a fourth of it down, licking his lips. "So...aside from alchohol, why are you all here?"
