Hello everyone, I'm Hero. I adore books. I'd have to say my favorite author is a toss-up between JRR Tolkien and Leif Enger... both excellent. As for favorite book, there's no way I could pick.

I'm Siaynoqsbride. *waves* As is probably apparent by my username, I'm a big fan of the Dune series. What I really like is a blend of philosophy, sci-fi and fiction. Perfect. I'm in the process of reading the Count of Monte-Cristo, which is quite lengthy.

My name is Shay. I am seventeen. My favorite book is Gone With the Wind, but I love almost everything I read. I haven't really got a favorite author. I feel it ruins other books if you try to imagine how it would be different if "your favorite author" wrote it. And whenever I have a favorite author I do analyze other books that way. Hence, my having no favorite author, but just appreciating the talent of all.

I'm Mew (hi!). I'm a fiction fan and my recent favorites include Wicked and I, Claudius. "Old friends" of mine include The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Murder Must Advertise, and the Harry Potter Series. I actually have a wide interest and find it difficult to talk about myself lol.
Please note, due to work concerns, I have been unable to be online much lately. I apologise for that considering I am a new member here. I hope to have calmer times at work soon which will allow me to resume my e-life lol.
Thank you for accepting me ^_^
