"How is it my fault?" Kaleb asked in an indignant tone, poking Reno in the arm before glancing at the bottle.

"But it's your fault for making it look distracting!" Kaleb exclaimed in a frustrated voice, trying not to look at the bottle as Reno played with it. "If you didn't pick it up, it would be just fine."

"Mnn." Kaleb frowned in a calculating manner as he looked at the bottle. Maybe if he moved fast enough...
He lunged over to tug the bottle out of Reno's hands, and then turned his back to the redhead with the intent on placing the bottle safely on the bench beside him where it wouldn't reflect the light. But things didn't go quite as planned, since he ended up falling over to lean against Reno's shoulder, and decided the bottle would be put to much better use holding it where he could watch it sparkle.

He laughed as Kaleb landed on him and turned his head to nuzzle the mages ear. "Not so smart." He tilted the bottle up to take a drink and swished it around in front of Kaleb.

From his position leaning against Reno's shoulder, not only did the bottle reflect the colourful lights, but the liquid swirling around inside just added to that effect. Kaleb abandoned all efforts to avoid being driven to distraction, so he just giggled a bit as Reno nuzzled his ear and let himself be entertained.

Looking at the bottle he guessed he could almost find the swishing liquid intresting but not enough to be distracted by it. It's not like he was deprived of the liquor or anything.

Kaleb shifted a bit so he was more comfortable, but didn't make any moves to sit up, or any more attempts to grab the bottle for himself. After a bit he spoke up in a quiet voice. "I thought it was a smart plan, it just didn't work out so well."

Kaleb's ears flattened back as he was nipped at. "I didn't think it was that bad," he muttered, frowning a bit.

"It was pretty bad." He didn't usually try to do anything like that when he'd had a few drinks in him since it was always a bad idea.

"Oh." Kaleb frowned and stayed quiet for a couple seconds, before turning to look up at Reno with a lopsided smile. "Can you, uhm, hold up that bottle again so I can look at it?"
