Song:: yes. I be sneaky but i still have my mangroupie charm.
ninja then again blame shin-no-kimiko for introducing me to jenna_chan, who then introduced me to [Sakura], who then introduced me to luc_iole..... in that order. 8D

Enviromental Laws is an untapped source that will be playing a key role in the future with the newcoming of better technologies and hopefully newer energy laws... and sorry to hear about the two wrecks 8(.

As for Otakon, well... glad you're not involved in the drama that happened over there. As for me, I'm neck-deep in it even if I wasn't physically present at the artists' alley. XD;

Yeah, my friends had a group of 11 tables, but no one person had more than one. It still pisses me off that people would pervert the system to reserve mass tables for themselves, but I didn't personally experience it or get hurt by it. We had more tables than we needed, and we even gave some back once we figured out how many people we had. And frankly, I don't tend to notice that kind of crappy art anyway, so I don't even know which tables it was...I only bought things from 3 people in the Alley, and two of them were Gaians I knew and had intended to buy from before I even went. I didn't find out about the drama until after the con. Of course, part of that is probably because I was too busy to even eat at my table, filling orders.

However, I like to keep things relatively drama-free if I can. Con-drama is bad, and if anyone is wrapped up in it at a con I tend to avoid them. To the point that when my bf started getting a little pissy during a break, I left him to cool off for awhile and went back to my table. Con Drama=Not Allowed! scream

SJ - That is some hella nifty lineart. Was it all done with the tablet? And your employer must be pretty lenient if they let you keep your tablet there!

Environmental law sounds good. I keep forgetting that law school isn't necessarily only for evil-type uses.

That...is the most ridiculously cute hat I've ever seen. No wonder they sold like hotcakes.

Shiro - I'm going to see the movie drunk with a friend. I may get into a fistfight with preteen Twilighters. It's going to be awesome.

biggrin I was suprised, actually. The last time I took those hats to Otakon they didn't sell at all. Of course, this time I took a foam head to display them on. I think that helped.

The lineart was done completely with the tablet, yeah. No sketches or anything in traditional beforehand. I do a blue sketch for the pose first digitally, but I got rid of it once the line art was complete. Just hafta to the bg now, and color it all.

I have my own office. With a door. Plus, we do a lot of digital mapping, so I use the tablet for that. But yeah, I work for a small company and there's lots of leeway.

I'm sure that was it. It's hard to tell what anything is when it's shapeless.

That's incredible. I've had my tablet for years and never really learned how to draw with it. Now it's a coaster.

It's so sad that I understand the importance of a mere door. Lucky!

Yeah, it's pretty sad...I've got friends that have been working in cubicles for 20 years, and I get my own office (with a door!) right out of college. Heh. I suck. xd

At least it's not a deli...I still have my AD deli-master pic from one of our art parties.

surprised I was looking for a paper I wrote in college last night and ran across the letters that GASOC members sent me while I was at camp a few years back! With chapters of IC. xd

SJ - Jeez, you're like a living time machine. First the *shudder* deli thing, then IC? My god.

Didn't I make up some name with the initials A.D. to send it from? So very clever. rolleyes

Yes, yes, I am the ghost of GASOC Past. xd

Yes, yes you did. I'm at work, so I can't check what they were. But it was something weird.

So I was lurking around and noticed everyone's been resurrecting lately.
And I figured I would, too.
Following the cool kids and all.

How have people been? Aside from so many car related accidents. D:

Hoshi - Speaking of people coming back from the dead... Hi! :O

Shiro - That trailer was epic... I kind of want to watch Twilight for lols.
You just know the cinema will be filled with swooning tweens.
... ew, wait...

Songjewel - Nice art work. Good to see you're still at it. Also, those are some impressively clear life plans. That's awesome.

AD - Your sig is fantastic. It makes me want to go away somewhere to pieces.

Well then.
Off I go.

Lang! Damn, I haven't seen you in forever. eek Thank you much, although I've kind of been working on art on and off since my Etsy store started making money. Which reminds me, I have commissions to finish. Ugh. How about you?

AD - Aiden Dean. With the A and D bolded. xd

Lang - Jake Snake did not like enemies they had killed Solid Snake and now he was dead and now there was only Jake Snake with the enemies because Solid Snake was not there. And he ran faster again.

SJ - Yeah. Apparently it's even SNEAKIER to use two male names. How I miss the willful retardation of those days.

Songjewl - That's good that you've been sticking to it, though. Money is always a good motivator.
