Aurora led him closer towards the edge of the forest, and finally stopped at a certain patch of ground where the fallen leaves seemed to have collected especially well. However, when she picked one up it turned out to be a whole piecemealed sheet of the leaves. Beneath it was a bengel-tiger trap. One deep, smooth-walled pit with a lot of wooden spikes at the bottom.
Aurora smiled, knowing how a vampire must be feeling about that particular trap. "I made it for the werewolves," she told him casually. "There is a pack that comes through here at night that... well is not so friendly. But now I think I know a better purpose for it."
She turned and looked at him. "I want to meet you here tonight, and I want you to bring your sister. Then we can prove if you're trustworthy or not."

Jonas nodded. "We will be here right after dusk." Without so much as a goodbye Jonas disolved into the shadows once again.
He had no idea how to convince Kat to come with him, he was thinking along the lines of knocking her out.

Kat had to keep up a slow job to keep up with Curtis. She stopped at the car, worried about trapping herself in a small enclosed space with Curtis. She took an uneeded deep breath before she slid into the car. She tried to close her senses from everything so she wouldn't be so tempted to feed in the middle of the day in a parking lot.

Jeff rolled his eyes and sighed. "If you weren't so adorable, I would shove you off the bed right now."

"It's a bloody loud alarm," Connor grumbled, though he didn't go anywhere.

It was harder to keep up his break-neck pace while in the city, but Curtis managed to swerve through the traffic without being pulled over.
"So... what all do we need here?" he asked after pulling into the drug store parking lot. "I'm afraid I don't know much about... these things."

Kat shook her head. "You are a sad sad excuse for a male. Just wait here, I will be right back." She quickly made it into the store and picked out a few different varieties and impaciently waited in the line. She was getting irratable and she caught herself inching up at the person's neck infront of her. Once she had paid for her items she ran out to the parking lot and jumped into the car.
"Oh please drive fast, I am so close to drinking from my own arm." She pleaded and threw the bag in the back seat.

Yakov kissed Jeff. "So, are you saying you are having a problem with me wanting you all to myself?"

Jeff shook his head. "No, I was just mentioning that you seem rather extra possesive today. Did something happen to make you think I would ever leave you?"

"I'm only grouchy in the morning when I've recently been turned into a werewolf and my senses are kicking in with some college brats blaring their music down the hall," Connor reasoned. "But if I'd gotten out of bed, I'd be chilly and grumpier."

"You didn't even have to ask," Curtis assured her as he got onto the highway and sped towards the cabin. The car's brakes squealed when he slammed onto them in the driveway.

Kat grabbed the bag and slung it onto her shoulder as she leapt out of the car. Her fangs had been fully extended the last ten minutes in the car. She couldn't stop herself anymore even if she had wanted to. Kat pinned Curtis to the door of the cabin. She bent his head gently to the side to expose his neck. She bit down and the warm salty blood filled her mouth.

"You poor baby." Luka caressed Connor's cheek and kissed him. "How can I make you feel better?"

Yakov shrugged. "Maybe I'm having some sort of subconcious premonition." Yakov smiled. "Or maybe I'm just so excited about seeing you in leather pants again that I don't want to let you out of my sight."

"Hopefully next time we'll be able to make it in the door first," Curtis mentioned with a smirk and a raised brow as he lay in bed beside Katra. "How are you feeling?" he asked more seriously.

"Cutting off the electricity in the building might work," Connor murmured jokingly into her hair. His stomach growled. "Or we could fix that."

Luka smiled. "Awe, so sad. Chance blown." She crawled over Connor and out of bed and began rumaging through her food. "Breakfast for Connor...any thoughts on what you are actually hungry for."

Kat nuzzled Curtis. "Much better, now." She felt completly content laying next to him, with her stomach full and the taste of his blood still on her tounge. She looked up at him and smiled, "And next time maybe, someone can get back to the cabin sooner so I don't almost eat half of the drug store." She laughed softly and nuzzled him again.

"We both know the answer to that," Connor scoffed in a good-natured manner. "And we both know that's not an option." He stretched good and long and then tucked his arms behind his head again. "Got anything meat-like?"
