My point was not to get so caught up in matching colors as so not to pay attention to shapes. I like how circular the wind hair is. I think it compliments the celestial wrap background better than any other hairstyle with a closer color would. It's tinged with blue, so it works for me.
And that's what I always do... and I always wind up with the same colors. sweatdrop

Aldo Pixiedevil okay, this one isn't as plain. I'm having a hard time blending so tell me what works and what doesn't match. The colour of the hair doesn't come back in the rest of your ava. Maybe try one of those neopunk wigs or just a different hairstyle? Also: a rarity, I'm wearing purple. razz you just became 100x sexier and I agree about the hair I'm happy with the outfit and the visor, I'm just lost about what to do with the head. *goes to check out neopunk wig stuff* Thanks everyone for your input, I really didn't have a clue I was good at this! sweatdrop I like the Holy $#17 visor, but it's pretty spendy.

Ystwyth Phooey, don't know what to do about the blue in my headdress (these pants....?) and the tail seems off. It's an avatar I just have to fiddle with. gonk This one I didn't bother matching the blue of the headdress with the rest of the avatar, but went for other combinations instead  In contrast: this one is specifically based around the blue of the headdress:  I dunno, what I figured out is that aqua-blue is not a popular colour on Gaia's art team. razz Still, you don't have to have every colour spread around the ava equally. Sometimes it's nice to bother with, most of the time it happens automatically, on occasion it just doesn't add anything.

Thanks Aldo. It's funny how I tried many of those items...but I didn't really like it (the 'dreads', the scythe/staff, etc..)
Still, I quite like the first one but I'm not sure about the shoes.
The bird is a good idea! I did think of equipping the falcon but at that time my avatar was cluttered.

I was kind of going for some sort of native shoes without bee-lining to the moccasins. Maybe other shoes work better. The spirit falcon has its uses, but it's not as versatile as some other donation items. sad

I'm somehow less creative but more experimental when Yst isn't around. sweatdrop Could anyone tell me if this ava works? I tried adding in a third colour just for the hell of it. A two-tone version would look like this:

I can't believe you made the Gino mask and that ugly staff work together. xd
