Maybe the posters of this contest know the algorithm and are actually PURPOSELY making us find those numbers.(I pulled the whole algorithm thing out of thin air by the way)

I doubt so, since this is player organized, I don't think they have access to the algorithm

I think it's impossible to write a programthat will produce a truly random number. But what do I know I wouldn't be able to write even the most simplistic flash sequence (I plan on a business major)

You're right. There is no such thing as a truly random program. It only seems random from a human point of view
