Lilly grabbed another glass and filled both up with water. She set on in front of Dain and sat back down. "There you go."

Miki shrugged. "I guess I should explain her too." Steph sat down next to Miki and leaned against her. "Steph isn't human either. In fact she didn't speak English when we first found her. I've been trying to teach her English to Maureen's horror. She doesn't like my colorful word choice." Miki laughed. "Steph honey, do you think you can change for Jenifer?"
Steph nodded and with a quick pop she was her small, cat sized green scaled self. She stretched and purred as Miki ran a hand along her spine.

Steph blinked at Jenifer then slowly crept towards her. She sniffled her legs and then ruffled herself up.
Miki laughed. "You can touch her you know, she doesn't bite. That's my job."

Miki frowned. "Yes...but she's harmless. Hell she's a vegetarian."
Steph looked pitifully at Jenifer. She couldn't figure out what she was doing wrong.

Lilly shrugged. "For everything. I mean, I'll probably go back to Montana for a week or so to sell the house and work out the finances, I know you have your own apartment but you are welcome to stay here..."

Steph arched her back like a cat and rubbed herself along Jenifers hand with a loud purr.
Miki smiled. "She reminds me of a cat when she does that."

Lilly nodded. "I hate mooching off of poor Gran, I know she says she loves it, but I also know the flower shop doesn't give her a lot of money.."
