Aergan rolled his eyes. "Okay, we degrade from high-speed card games to idiocy. I think I'll cry." He huffed slightly, hopped onto the ground and turned back into his normal self. "Call me when Mister Slashy-Burny is done." He headed off to the stands and took a seat.

Zaira grinned wide, pulling out an overly shiny ice shruiken.
Twirling it a bit in her hand to make sure it caught a bit of glare "Watch the birdie" she suddenly threw it up in a high arc, it would land on Jack but take a moment to do so.
She was hoping for it to be more of a distraction than anything else, that once his eyes followed it up she would rush straight in, drawing her swords and bringing them in like scissors around him.

Rem didn't move from where she lied rejectedly on the dusty earth floor that was more familiar to her than any place else. It was odd how somewhere as remote and freaky as this could feel so comfortable. "House arrest." Rem snorted as she traced the burning patterns on her arm. The scars had grown warm again and she wondered if Tamnir's side was bothering him, too.

Rioto sat down on the stands, rocking back and forth on her butt with her legs crossed. She was busy desiding which one in this fight she would want most to win. Then again she didn't want to heal them either cause she wanted to see how long they lasted. "I didn't even get to learn there names for cheering them all.... GO PEOPLE!!!"

Rem chuckled. Where we all like that when we first came here? Rem thought back her her exploding paper tricks and little ploys to get the more stoic people in the arena to talk to her. Now they were a family but then.... Rem burst out in laughter rolling around for a moment in her own semi-private reverie. She was sure Aergan would key in on her thoughts, seeing as how she was practically shouting them. Collecting her self once more she trotted up and plopped down next to the new girl. "He~llo~" She said in a sing song manner. "The boy's Jack the girl is Zaira." She said noncommittally, like one telling another the state of the weather.

Jack looked up at the shuriken, and smiled, he then stepped to the side one step to avoid the shinyness. "pleeease... thats all you've got?" Jack said a little worried that Zaira might of not thrown the shuriken right at him, he decided not to take the chance to find out and jumped back away from Zaira, he wanted a little distance, his sword caught fire and made it look like the sword was bigger, the fire on the end of the tip, gave the sword a whip like effect and he charged at Zaira, holding his sword to his side like a high held trip wire...

Rioto suddenly turned towards the woman sitting next to her now. She glanced back towards the two people now sparring. "Jack?... and Zeh.... Zarza? What a confusing name! What's yours?!" she asked, jumping up and down in her sitting position. "I'm Rioto!!"

Zaira came skidding to a halt, then mimiced Jack in leaping backwards as he charged twords her.
Once he passed where the shruiken had landed she smiled, stuck her arm straight out, made a fist, and quickly pulled her hand to her chest.
The shruiken became dislodged from the ground and hurtled twords Jack, aiming to cut him along his side opposite the sword.

Jack saw a shine in the corner of his eye and stopped in his tracks, "see now I already have an advantage Zaira" he turned, raised his left arm towards the icy flying blade, Jack shot out 3 balls of fire at the object, leaving behind only steam, he turned back around and shot 4 more fireballs at Zaira, than began to charge after her again.

Rem smiled. "I'm Rem, it's nice to meet you Rioto." She chuckled softly. "And if you think Zaira's a confusing name wait untill you hear the other's."
((I'm going to go ahead and start plan V... wait... it was V right? Gah you know which plan!))
Tamnir felt his energy waning as the fight drew on. Orange sparks flared around him as he defended and attacked as he deemed fit. He'd realized not too far into their fight that Rick was his natural opposite. The balance to him. They could fight for years and never come to anything resembling a conclusion. He snorted in derision. Man his mom sure knew how to push him to his limit. A smile broke out on his face at the thought. but never passed it.

"No, you just think you have an advantage" She said, winking at him, then gathering her shadow powers in front of her she created a void that the fireballs flew into "But see, anyone can make something dissapear, it's the bringing it back that some people have difficulty with." she created another void right next to the first and the fireballs came suddenly flying out twords Jack.
She knew that using his own element against him would be useless, so she created a kind of mist of tiny ice crystals to follow the fireballs, make it so he couldn't see behind them, and charged in.
Once close enough she would aim to bring her swords up right under his arms, in a motion that would cut them off, but controlled enough to only give him a small cut.

Jack smiled "aaaah praticing your dark skills too now, the dark void opened up in front of Jack and the fireball came out, it splashed across him and he smiled, "HA you should know bet-" He didnt see the ice shards that came out and colided with him creating mist so he couldnt see. he winced in pain. He shiethed his sword and threw out boh hands to shoot out fire and create a dome of fire to make sure nothing could come in while he was blinded. He then pulled his sword out again.
(hey I wont post till Japan Monday. Im doing Nebuta Festival stuff this weekend)

Zaira hadn't been expecting the circle of fire that encased Jack, and since she was following so close to the ice there wasn't much time to react.
There wasn't enough time to create a full sized void portal, but there was enough to make one about manhole sized that she dove through just in time.
The exit appeared behind Jacks inferno dome and as she hit the ground she rolled to break her fall then quickly spun back up onto her feet and threw two shadow orbs, about the size of basketballs and if they hit him, would slightly drain him, making him feel slightly sluggish.
