"What the hell." Luka was fairly certain she had either just had a seizure or halucinated...or halucinated while having a seizure. "Okay, hang on, you'll forgive me if I loosely translated you, but....you want my brother?!"

She had to be one of them. She had been talking to Luka during dinner Friday night and discussing biting asses off. Now wasn't the time to lose himself and start firing silver bullets all over.

"Yes... I uh... I have reason to believe that there's a strange animal living in this apartment complex. According to some residents, it may live on this floor. May I uh... come in and look around?"

It was fortunate that few police officers were out that day. The way Curtis was driving he could have been arrested for being drunk behind the wheel, or at least severely ticketed. But as it was he wove expertly through traffic as he sped towards the city.

Kat thought for a split second. If she didn't let him in he would be suspicous and she could smell the guns and gun poweder on him. It was that lovely stench of silver. She had to let him in. She didn't have anything were like in her appartment, she was afterall a vegitarian. "Sure...I personally have not seen any animal wandering around on this floor, but I saw what may have been a large dog down on the ground floor." She stepped back and let him into her apartment. She closed the door after him just incase she was going to have to turn she didn't want anyone else knowing.

Taking a deep, steadying breath Connor stepped over the threshold. Though he knew it would frighten her, he closed and locked the door behind him. She looked startled, but at this point it didn't matter.

"You're one of them," he told her, gripping the handle of his gun though it remained tucked inside the inner pocket of his coat. "It's not really personal as far as this particular kill goes but..." he drew the gun, "...duty calls."

The tires screeched deafeningly when Curtis slammed onto the brakes and parked. He was in the maintenance man's space, but he didn't care. He could afford a towing bill and a ticket, and Katra was more than worth it even if his premonition was incorrect.

Kat was not expecting him to know what she was so fast. With a quick jolt of fear her ears and tail decided to say hello with their usual pop. She didn't have time to think anything through before she ducked and a silver bullet went sailing over her head to lodge its self loudly into living room wall. She then kicked the man in one of his knee caps before she dive rolled into her kitchen. She had knifes and such here that she could use. She quickly felt around in one of the bottom drawers and pulled out a large cleaver before the man could come back with an attack.

Jeff howled with laughter. It was really more of a howl but it was of enjoyment. He had not been attack hugged in months. "See, he would have had more fun looking at those things with me! Of course I think my collection is a little smaller than his seeing how I don't actually own any, but I could change for him!" Jeff was being his usual sarcastic self and continued laughing.

"SH*T!"

Connor wasn't expecting a lone, timid wolf to act so violently and so suddenly. He hadn't expected her to sit still and let him kill her, but still... Here he was being pinned by a female for the third or fourth time in the last twenty-four hour period. This sucked. He sucked. At this job anyway.

And then there was a fillet knife being held over him in a threatening manner. His gun was still in his hand, but that arm was being pinned down by the she-wolf. He wanted to say something, but what words would be useful in this situation? He'd started it, after all.

He tried to be subtle as he slipped his other hand down towards his knife.

Kat slashed at his hand that was moving. She was losing control and started turning. She snapped her jaws at this man who dared to bring a gun into her room. She did not beleive in use of guns or the people that used them. She was now full in her wolf form and her clothes were now tatters on the floor. She was even more furious, she didn't have the money to go buy new clothes everytime someone tried to kill her. She growled in his face and thought about how to dispose of him.

Jeff moved over next to the girl as his laughter died down. "I met him in the hallway right after he had had a spat with you. He just looked like I could eat him up right then and there. I think he is a bit lost and jelous over your interest in my suite mate. I for one have perfect gay-dar and if anyone I know is way too deep in the closet its Yakov."
