He still had other things to do. With a bit of a sigh, Rednal held his arm out and focused his gravity-manipulating powers. A nearby tree was uprooted and soared backwards, forced away by the precise opposite of his Dark Vortex technique. Rednal nodded firmly. Yeah, that was a good sort of power to have; he could seriously mess with his opponents by using the Dark Vortex with one hand and this White Vortex with the other. That would be tough to counter.

Rednal began to alternate blasts, drawing things in and pushing them away with equal ease. For awhile, he began to juggle boulders, seeming amused by switching gravity on them to have them hurtle into the air and come down as lightly as a feather. He could probably adapt that into some sort of throwing motion to launch large, heavy objects at his opponents. It would do little or nothing against a Logia-user, of course, but there was little or nothing they could do to him, either.

Rednal continued with a steady manipulation of his power, refining the repelling aspect in order to create something truly dangerous for use in combat. It would be relatively good against bullets, too, and if he expanded it around his entie body, it could almost be a force field. There were so many ways to use and manipulate his power... it made him happy just thinking about it. Well, he was nearly done with his thoughts here, now to complete it.

Rednal brought his hands together and let off one final burst of power, sending a huge boulder tumbling downhill for no reason other than to do it. He smiled, triumphant, and turned to start walking away. He had a good idea of where to go search next. It was time to advance his life and move on to the next stage, and that meant travelling to some more interesting places. Satisfied with that, Rednal strode towards the port and headed out to new adventures.

Miharu trudged through the main streets of the town with his eyes alert, he was here somewhere. His gaze suddenly shifted when a man was tossed through the door at a local bar...it was his doing alright. Miharu walked through the shattered pieces that was once the door and eyed the large man.
"Jesus Burgess...." Miharu said quietly, almost to himself.
"Who wants to know?" The man said with anger growing as each word passed by.
"Your worst nightmare" Miharu calmly replied, the men around Jesus began to flee out of fear for his next move...The man simply chuckled at Miharu's words.
"Your kidding me!" The man mused.
"Try me." Miharu replied, in a tone where if tones could kill that would be a spear through Jesus' chest.
Jesus smirked and then cracked his joints getting ready for a fight, Miharu stood his ground.

Jesus rushed in with incredible speeds for a man of his size and swung a massive uppercut with impressive speed. Miharu, using his sonar was able to leap backwards landing in the middle of the street watching as Jesus destroyed the doorway. The fact that he had actually missed enraged Jesus to no end and charged Miharu again.
So that's how he pulled off that uppercut...Interesting. Gotta try that out one of these days. Miharu thought as he avoided Jesus' punches. Even with the sonar it was difficult to dodge them.

Jesus smirked at Miharu's reactions. It had been awhile since somebody had done this good in a fight. He decided to show this guy just who he was messing with so he rushed miharu once again only this time before he threw his hit he began to spun and before you knew it a kick flung out towards Miharu. Miharu was caught off guard by the spinning but was able to duck to avoid the kick. This guy was really good.

Taro wandered through Carmine Town, trying to find Jesus Burgess. He had heard he was a skilled hand to hand fighter, and hoped to learn some of his attacks. Taro wandered aimlessly for a while, until he walked right into a wall of muscle. He looked up at the giant named Jesus Burgess.
"Be careful where you're walking kid." He said. Taro rolled onto his feet and took a step towards the giant, taking in a deep breath. "Could you teach me your techniques?" He asked. He stared at Taro for what seemed like an hour, then chuckled and nodded.

Jesus Burgess led Taro into a deserted part of town, knowing something would be destroyed during the training. He looked at Taro, sizing him up, then explained the first skill. "Okay, the first one is called Sunlight Punch. It's a very quick uppercut." He said. Burgess demonstrated the move, his arm becoming a blur. Taro watched intently to the form and took a deep breath when it was his turn. The first few tries were not very good, being criticized by Burgess every once in a while. But after a few more tries Taro was able to punch at a blurring speed.

Burgess nodded at Taro completing the technique so quickly and patted him on the should with his large hand, making it feel like his spine was being compressed. Taro tried not to say anything and waited for the patting to stop. It soon did and Taro stretched, returning his spine to normal. "So what's the next one?" Taro asked. Burgess nodded, still chuckling slightly. He spun around with amazing speed, tucking his body tight and his foot suddenly erupted from the mass of spinning flesh with amazing speed.

"That is called Moonlight Kick. You spin around quickly, then use the momentum of the spin to shoot your leg out incredibly fast." Burgess explained. Taro nodded, listening to the explanation and planning it out in his head. He took a deep breath and kicked off with his right foot, making him start to spin. He tucked his limbs in tight, making him spin faster. He spun for several seconds, starting to wobble as he started to get dizzy from spinning for too long. He threw his leg out, but lost his balance and fell on his back, dizzy.

Taro slowly got up, shaking his head, trying to get rid of the dizziness. He got to his feet and immediately stumbled and fell back down. He crawled to his knees, taking deep breaths. The dizziness soon passed and he stood up, determined to learn the technique. He started spinning and kicked his leg out after two rotations. It wasn't very fast, and he was slightly dizzy. He violently shook his head and tried again, tucking tighter and kicking high into the air after only one rotation. The kick was nearly a blur, and he could work on it later.

Taro practiced the Moonlight Kick a few more times, spinning around rapidly while also trying to get the timing down. He fell a few more times in a daze, but eventually got it right after about seven more tries. He then looked up at Jesus Burgess. "So what do I need to know now?" He asked with a hint of eagerness in his tone. Taro was excited, knowing this would help him with his strength and close combat fighting techniques. Burgess saw this eagerness and smiled.

Burgess took a deep breath, stretching his arms and legsout to his sides. "Now it is going to get tough." He said. He finished stretching out and looked down at Taro, who had done the same and just finished stretching out also. "The next one is called the Dynamic Punch. It's a punch that you throw with most of your strength and it delivers extremely strong force to whatever your hitting." He explained to him. Taro nodded signing that he understood then waited for a demonstration.

Jesus Burgess saw Taro's eagerness and started to chuckle a little to himself. "Ha ha, you really want to become strong, don't you?" He said. Taro smiled and nodded. He did want to become strong. Strong enough to get revenge on the ship of men who attacked his town yeasrs ago. Taro snapped out of the trance and watched as Burgess walked towards a tall wall and pulled back his arm flexing his muscles a bit. He then shot it forward, destroying the entire wall in one blow.
