Skill description: A useful skill to learn skills others know as long as they are within reach. To use this, the user must bite the target and drink their blood and energy. Through this, they acquire a skill through chance. The skills they can recieve is limited however, for it can only be a skill that is that of a class, elemental, or custom if its of your own class or bloodline. Otherwise, any other skills are incapable of taking. When using this, you must roll the dice 1-6. Any even numbers mean you gained a skill of choice that is of your rank. And odd number means you didn't get anything other then blood. NO ENERGY IS GAINED THROUGH THIS METHOD.

Limits: To learn this skill requires the user to be at the rank of Novice at least
Skill description: A skill that can devestate those struck by it. By focusing energy into one of the user's arms, it'll grow slightly and begin streaming with energy. The strength in that arm grows by +2 ranks. Upon punching an object or another with the charged up arm, all the energy will be let loose in one point at once, resulting in a explosive, destructive punch. This can easily shatter concreate and even steel walls should your strength already be 9 or higher. After usage, this skill cannot be used for another three posts and the strength returns to normal in the arm. The only negative side to this skill is upon striking the target, when the energy explodes the bone in your arm becomes fractured from the sudden release of concentrated energy. Using this skill again without medical attention will result in the bone shattering, requiring master rank cleric to heal the injury. Until then, that arm will be useless.
Sample: The paladin charged at Alucard, to which he could only smirk as he prepared his right arm. Energy slowly flowed around it as it buldged alittle bit, getting much stronger then usual. The paladin brought his sword down, to which Alucard caught the blade and at the same time threw his right fist into the Paladin, easily smashing through the armor and into the man himself. The energy exploded violently shooting the now dead human away several feet, steam rising out of the large hole that now sits in his stomach. "No armor in the world can save you...stop believing in fake gods" The vampire said with a grin as he walked away, returning to Nocturne to deliver the news.

Skill description: A technique to catch others off guard easily. While in steel form or iron form, the user straightens out their hand to where its completely open and the fingers are together, like you do when you high five someone or of your crazy solute hitler. The energy flowing into the arm, the hand becomes as sharp as a sword. Capable of cutting through iron if iron form is active, capable of cutting through steel if steel form is active. This brings a whole new meaning into close combat, for the beserker now makes his body even more deadly a weapon. This lasts for five posts, though can be deactivated before then if needed. This skill literally lives up to its name. The drawback is during activity, the arm that is under the sword arm effect is incapable of using any skills.
Sample: Gutsy Alucard thought as the shinobi leaped out of the tree, realizing he couldn't hide from the vampire, and ran at him with a katana. The vampire stood there, wondering as his iron form activated. His left hand straightened out, being open and energy began flowing into it. As the shinobi reached Alucard, he swung from the right to the left, which was foolish to the vampire as he took a step forward, ducking as he stepped and took another step and thrusted his left hand forward. The shinobi had a very light armor on, but he was in shock as Alucard's hand was sticking out of his back, and some of his arm through his chest. Alucard smirked as he pushed his arm completely through, reaching with his hand grabbing the shinobi by the back of his head and pulled it back, exposing his neck as the vampire's fangs sank into the flesh. Destroying the arteries and crushing the wind pipe, blood gushing into the creature's mouth as he drained the helples shinobi until death settled in. Pulling his arm out, he opened his maw and released the enemy's throat, the body dropping the floor.

DG: I'm the kind of guy that likes things in writing, so please put in the standing still requirement in the description. Also yes, one specific set rank is what I meant. You will still need a cooldown. I honestly don't care about your suit having to be activated because its not like it deactivates after a certain time limit nor does it cost any energy to keep the suit active.

He decided to put an end to them for good. He threw up his arms, letting a large portion of his energy flow into the suit. White fire swirled once around it as it flashed with a white light for just a split second. A large explosion of white holy fire burst from around Kael. It tore up the catacomb floor, and pushed against the ceiling almost collapsing the place. The skeletons stood only moments in the blast before crumbling into dust. Satisfied, Kaelrikk continued his search.

Fenrir Gravenheart kage: Wing-blade- Accepted Haunting Screech- Denied. This skill needs something like a one post charge or limit so that the user won't be able to instantly escape a battle whenever they're in over their heads. Undead Limb- Accepted Skeletal Summoning- Accepted Undead Mantra- Denied. Besides making the user look creepy, does this do anything to actually effect an opponent in battle? Call of the Dead- Accepted I put a two time limit to Haunting Screech and the second time is weaker than the first. Better? As for Undead Mantra, I meant it to be a kind of scare tactic. Although, I can see why you're confused sweatdrop …. There, I added more information, are the effects clearer now? Oh, also, do I add the necromancer skills to the skill list myself or is someone else going to take care of it? Here are the improved versions: Free skill?: No Type of skill: Siren Bloodline Skill name: Haunting Screech Rank: C If it uses ammo how much: n/a Limits: Must be a musician. Must be a Siren. Can only be used twice per battle (on the second time, the effects will be halved; ex: those without loved ones will only be momentarily startled and those with loved ones will only be frozen for a post). Skill description: A mournful screech filled with emotions of the forgotten dead, Haunting Screech summons the silent ghosts of the dead for a brief moment and then has them rush through the bodies of the targets, an action that chills the living being passed through to the core, to stun them. If the target(s) have a loved one amongst the dead, the loved one will appear. If not, then it will simply be a group of nameless ghosts. This skill works on everyone that hears the screech, even the user himself/herself, and has instant effects. The user will not be stunned, but those with dead loved ones will be stunned for two posts while those without dead loved ones will be stunned for one post. The user may not attack after Haunting Screech and should only use the skill as a distraction to create an opening for escape. Sample: Trapped and in a corner without any room to stretch out her wings was not Feather's ideal situation. To make things worse, her lack of an instrument left her very few options to escape the people who were after her. Taking in a deep breath, Feather made it obvious that she was preparing to use a skill of her bloodline, at which her pursuers lunged at her. That was exactly what she needed, some sign that she wouldn't be revealing anything. A split second after the lunge, she let out a screech. Haunting Screech was the perfect move in a situation like this, it had immediate effects and stunned the entire group in front of her. In front of her face, the girl saw the ambiguous ghosts rush at her but she was prepared for it and managed to not get stunned. The others, though, were completely dazed and unable to react in any way to anything. Taking the opportunity, Tsubasa made a run for it. She couldn't attack them, it would be disrespectful to the ghosts that had aided her and it would go against her nature as a siren. Is it a Free skill?: Yes Type of skill: Necromancer Skill Skill name: Undead Mantra Rank: D If it uses ammo how much: n/a Limits: Must be a necromancer. Must be adept rank or lower. Must be standing still. Must be able to speak. Skill description: A purely illusionary skill, Undead Mantra surrounds the user in a sphere of undead aura that can be felt by everyone who sees him/her. The aura is completely harmless, but will make the necromancer seem much more deadlier than he/she seems. The skill is initiated by an incantation and will be held for as long as the mantra is continued. After initiation, which takes a D-rank amount of energy, an E-rank amount of energy is required to hold up the illusion. Those below the user's rank will be scared enough to try and run away, those of the user's rank will flinch at the very least, and those above the user's rank will not be affected at all. Any user higher than adept will have too much energy to create a mere illusion. Sample: Backed into a corner and surrounded by a trio of perverts was not Snow's idea of a fun night. However, at the same time she didn't want to harm them. With those two things in mind, Snow began muttering a mantra quietly. Slowly, a dark aura began surrounding her, immediately causing the perverts to abandon their prey.

Skill description: User applies a thin layer of chakra inside their ear drum to keep them from being damaged by loud noise or sound. This skill is excellent for characters that have super-sensitive hearing, as the energy protects them from being damaged by loud noises, while still allowing them to pick up on the small things that make their hearing so special. This skill can be easily disrupted by head trauma. Lasts 3 posts.
Sample: Fenrir faced Shruikan for what he knew would be their final battle. As he listened to the faint sound of Shruikan's lungs inflating he realized what was coming and applied a thin layer of energy around his eardrums to protect himself from the fierce roar that Shruikan let out. Taking advantage of the moment, Fenrir charged through the roar without a problem and landed the first blow of the fight, a punch through the dragon's opened mouth. However, as Shruikan was sent backwards by the punch he used the force of the blow to turn and whip his tail at Fenrir, smacking him upside the head and thus bursting the thin layer of energy in his ears. Shruikan then let loose another roar, and without the protection on his ears anymore, Fenrir clutched his hands over his ears and fell to the ground in a fit of pain.

Fen: Does the effect stay for all attacks in that 3 post time, or does it go away after one? And in your sample it goes away if you get hit too hard, does it always do that?
Kage: I'm not going to accept or deny these since it's not really my specialty, but theres something i don't get about mantra.

The effect will last for 3 posts max, but if the user is hit in the head then it goes away instantly.

Skill name: Clear of mind - Extra Sense

Skill description: A skill that once learned becomes passive. The user must settle down in a remote area and meditate for long period of time without rest. Once meditating, if the process is broken then the user will have to repeat the process. For 10 posts, the user is clear of mind and ignores everything of themselves and instead becomes focused on everything surrounding them. The purpose of this meditation is to allow the user to be able to have focus and be able to sense, or rather, predict attacks and overall improve reflex. Once learned, it cannot be repeated for stacked effect. This skill is good for those who are not as adept with speed, making them last longer in a fight. Knights and Paladins find most use with this, though others who are not quite fast makes up speed with this.
Bonus(s): Combat reflex increases by a rank, allowing the user to have a clearer mind and react faster then normal.

Skill description: After claws have been used, the user can use a rather powerful skill to make their dragon like claws to become more dangerous. Coating energy around the claws, the user adds their element into the attack, causing different things to occur depending on what element the draconian has. This lasts three posts, and requires a two post cooloff period. The energy coating the claws gives it an extra 3in length, and is capable of cutting through hard substances. At Adept it can cut through Iron, steel at expert, and through most things but diamond at master.
Fire = Claws are burning with searing flames Water = Claws are icy and cold, wounds they make leave small icy crystals in the body Wind = Claws are coated in swirling winds, making it sharper and slightly longer by two inches Earth = Claws are hardened further and more solid, increasing to be harder then steel and adds to the sharpness

Skill description: A skill that gets the user pumped up, requiring at least two posts of undisturbed meditation. After the meditation, the user will be coated in a firey red energy of their fighting spirit, their will power. The user's strength and speed temperarily increases by one rank. At master rank it'll raise by two ranks. This lasts for 10 posts, and can only be used once in battle, or prior to battle.
Sample: Shruikan stared down at his opponent, the hatred between the two rising. This battle was coming for a very long time, and now was time to end the fued with a victor. With his opponent, gathering his energy like he had done so previously, he was doing the same. His heart beat with power, it was his job to protect the city, not matter what. At the same time though, as every beserker does, his love for fighting made him want to have this glorious battle. Suddenly his spirit, his fighting spirit that resided within his heart exploded forward, red energy surrounding him and his body and mind pumped. People say meditation brings out the energy and mind, some say having powerful will and fighting spirit brings out the beast in you. As the lycan ran forward, Shruikan met him on par. One of the most legendary fights between two kings, two superpowers, has finally started.

Skill name: Tail Blade
Rank: B

Limits: Must be adept at least to learn
Skill description: An interesting skill where the draconian uses his tail as a weapon more often. Coating the tail with energy, anytime the user stabs at or sweeps with his tail, a blade of energy will form from the tip, extending anywhere from 3in to 7in. (3 at adept, 5 at expert, 7 at master). The blade of energy is capable of cutting through anything thats B rank or less. And can cut into higher rank things, but not through them. While the tail isn't being used as a weapon, the energy stays on it, making it a great defense. While attacking though, the energy leaves the tail to make the blade, making it alittle more vulnerable once more until the assault is finished.
Sample: The knight ran towards Shruikan, sword raised as he was yelling something rediculous. Shruikan stood there, arms crossed as if he was bored. His tail began glowing with energy as the knight closed the distance. Then, suddenly, the draconian's tail swung around at the knight. The knight jumped back, where the tip would miss him. However, upon the tail just about to miss him, a blade of energy extended from the tip, cutting through the knight's armor which with energy probably was about C rank energy. The knight stood there for a moment, blood coming out of his mouth, as his body slowly fell apart in half.
