He appeared next to Vivi, a violin in hand, and a dagger in the other. "Hmm, it's been awhile since I've played" the man said, and then positioned himsel to play. he stroked the strings with the dagger, the notes were heard at a higher pitch than a normal violin, and he started playing a sort of background tune for Vivi's song.

She smiled, then closed her eyes, listening to the melody. Once she got a good sense of it, she began to sing along with the melody, without words, just the sound of her voice.

Trenton gives in and plays on his lute. He plays in a strange minor key, but it sounds harminous with that of Vivi's and the stranger's.

The day dawns red and the coast of Tanisu appeares. Soon they begin to float over land again. The ruins begin to slowly decent on an open plain.

Whym blinks her eyes several times. They become clear blue again. "We made it." She does not imediately disembark to the plains. She casually returns to the buisness that she was doing before Niccea appeared and made her odd request. She fiddles with the blue prints for the city. "Where could it be?"
