Paine came down the stairs and went outside where she found Seriva and Kizzy. "Hello. Have you seen Sai? I was going to talk to her for a while..." she said to them both. "Did something happen?"

"I think seeing a doctor would be good. As for Momo checking her aura... if it's not too much trouble for her, I think Linnea would like that. She seems to have taken a liking to her. Seriva too, a little, and the wood fae from what Lita tells me." Pausing, she cast a sideways glance again. "And Xue-Lien too. I was worried they wouldn't get along."
Oh, that was nice! Like the music that the boy played before. "Pretty," she smiled, reaching once more for the inviting strings.

"Ah, then I'll arrange for Momo to see the other children whenever the time is opportune," Chiaku said. Finishing the remainder of her tea, she rose from where she had been sitting and bowed her head politely.
"There will be many other families I will need to visit today concerning this matter. If something unusual occurs that worries you, please don't hesitate to call for me. I will need to be going now."
After saying farewell, the governess departed the teahouse, thinking of where she should visit next.

"Mommy's in da closet gettin' things fer da bloody woman." Kizzy grinned wide through her soot up at Paine and continued to wipe blood off of Seriva and onto herself.
Right on cue Sai burst through the supply closet door carrying a mound of towels, disinfectant and gauze. "Miss Paine! Do you know how to care for wounds?!" Her hair was pulled back into a ponytail and she looked rather flustered. This was the second time this woman was needing assistance and Sai was getting worried about the situation.

Paine was quite amazed at Sai's condition. She looked very stressed. "Well, I have some medical knowledge." She said as she went up to Sai and put some of the bandages in her hands to hold. "Someone's bleeding?"

Seriva looked up at Paine, shocked to see her. She didn't recognize this woman.. She knew everyone at this inn, must be a boarder. "Yes.. My mother.. We need to go, quick. I think she might've been bleeding while we were in the forest.. she got wounded not to long ago." The golden child said, rather matter-of-factly.
Without another word she started for the door and was soon speed-walking torwards her home, which- luckily- wasn't to far. She checked over her shoulder to make sure everyone had kept up with her set pace.

Paine turned around to find Seriva, but the Fae left and was speedwalking back to her house. "Ah! Wait up!" she said as she started running to catch up with her, arms holding bandages like Sai. As Paine started speedwalking next to her she asked "I don't really know what happened here, but how did your mother get injured?"

Carrying the rest of the supplies out the door, Sai called back and told Carol they'd try to hurry back soon. She felt bad leaving her new friend just as they were to get to breakfast but emergencies were at hand. "Kizzy! Come along! Mommy needs you to stay close." A squeal of displeasure replied.

Seriva led them into Zee's little purple house standing over her mother who was currently sprawled on the floor. The guardswoman was in poor condition, Seriva had taken off her shirt to try and get to the bandages. After she had gotten rid of those, by dumping them in a pile of the table nearby, she had covered Zee in a blanket.
If someone inspected further.. they would find the blood flow was slowly lessening, but the wounds were almost infected-like. Zeejay's breath was hollow and her eyes were open, the red dimmed to pale pink, delerious with fever. A cold sweat had developed on her brow and seem to cover her entire limp body.
"Here she is." Seriva whispered in a choked voice. "Mommy."

Paine walked into the room with the bandages. She almost dropped them when she saw Seriva's mother. "Oh no.." she whispered. She put a hand on Seriva's shoulder. "Don't worry about it. Sai and I will take care of it." she reassured the Fae as she then put her hand on Zee's head. It was burning with a fever. "HOLY COW!" she said as she started running out of the room. She later reappeared with a wet cloth she placed on her head.

Lienna had seated herself in front of the hospital watching the clouds go by. Alright, she had intended to meet some people, but what if they were still asleep ? Deep inside herself she knew that she was just playing a trick to herself and she sighed.
The young woman got up and looked at the little bag she had taken with her. Some plasters, a thermometer, analgesic ( also called pain killers ) and many different small medical supplies. Everything was neatly arranged and cleaned as the nurse sighed. Duty. Needs to be fulfilled.
So Lienna made her way towards the teehouse, suggesting that most of the people would rest at the pretty tourist attraction.

Receiving no reply from the mansion, Carey stepped back and pondered about what she should do next. She cast her gaze over the village again, her eyes falling upon the teahouse. Through the windows, she could see movement, even from this distance.
Adjusting the thick black scarf around her neck, she felt a slight chill find its way through and skitter down her spine. She decided that first she would go to the teahouse and meet some new people here in the village; then, she would travel to the inn to find herself somewhere to stay for the meantime. And then...Then, I'll go see about that there ranch, she thought. Hoisting the pack back up onto her shoulders, she hopped down the steps and followed the cobblestone path toward the teahouse.
Peering through the window, she could make out several people inside. She hesitated for a moment, and then gave a sturdy knock on the door. Hopefully, this one would be answered.

Seriva stood at a small distance, her eyes highly concerned. "Will you need my assistance? I could bring.. water." she offered, wishing to do something.
From deep inside Zeejay's home, there came a shrill and curdling yowl, soon followed by a black dart speeding through the doorway. Worm. The so called 'Demon' cat. And what was this demon doing persay?
Funny enough, trying to help Zee. It was well known that Worm and Zeejay did not get along at the best of times, but the cat was very close to Riva. And he did not like seeing her upset. Not at all.
So, now, the black feline ran haywire through the streets, his tall ears perked as he listened. Pausing in midstep, the long-legged cat sniffed the air daintily before speeding off in the direction of the hospital.
Worm stopped at the hospital, finding no one, but a faint trace smell of a woman. And a bag. His tawny-red eyes alite with a benign evil, if that was at all possible. Sighting Lienna up ahead of him, nearing the teahouse, Worm dashed up infront of her and started to yowl pitifully, his tail motioning in the direction of Zee's house.
Then, to further the dramatic spetacle, the cat dropped a bloody scrap of cloth on the ground. Worm then sat, and stared up at Lienna with antagonizing eyes, as if to say: "Hurry up human."

As she examined her paper list, Chiaku pondered which family she should visit next.
"I should think Ms. Morato would be awake at this hour," she murmurred as she walked towards the line of houses near the front of the village.
Nearing the house, the governess saw that the door stood open. Chiaku sensed that something was amiss and began quickening her steps.
"Hello!" she called as she peered through the open door. She was stunned to see a crowd of people gathered there, including fae children, and Zeejay--
"What's going on here?" Chiaku immediately demanded.

Sai's brow furrowed intensely as she started to gently sop up some of the blood around the wounds with a washcloth. She bit her lower lip in hopes of quelching the queasy feeling that was rising in her stomach. "Yes, Seriva, why don't you and Kizzy get some fresh water?" Sai turned around quickly. "Lady Chiaku! Seriva's mother, reopened her wounds, and, and here we are." She looked intently at the mayor in hopes she would know what to do. Sai loved to help, but this was a little beyond her.
