"Um... well..." Shen looked at her for a moment, as if trying to tell whether she really wanted him to come or not. After a moment though he realized that she did actually want him to come and although he was still unsure about it, he wasn't about to back down. "Ok."

Lohi shrugged. "What kinds of movies and games do you have?" TV was usually quite boring.

Kira wraps her paw around his arm kindof scared and nervous like.
Tiyat: "Well there's action, horror, comedy, romance...pretty much anything for everything."
*she laughs looking at all of the stuff they have for their tv*

"Maybe some action? Or, no, horror." He grinned at her. "Yeah, a horror flick sounds good. If you're up for it, I mean. I wouldn't wanna scare ya." He hoped she wouldn't cry during a scary movie, but maybe it would be a good chance to get closer to her. He was really beginning to like the pretty little kat.

Tiyat: "Ya of course I can handle a scary movie I watch them all the time."
*she trys to not look scared as she turns to put in the movie*
"While it's going through previews I'll go check the fish sticks."
*she runs to the kitchen scratching her head hoping that he didnt see that she was going to be scared during the movie and possible make food fly everywhere*

"Take your time, doll," he said, feeling like he was finally warming up to her. He settling down in front of the TV, sprawling out comfortably and waiting for her to return as he watched the previews, his tail flickering with excitement.

Tiyat: *her face completly red she checks on the food feeling all flustered and nervous she peeks around the corner to see what he was doing and pulls back to gather herself up. Taking a deep breath she walks back into the living room sitting down next to him as the previews are ending*
"Theyre looking okay but I'll have to check them in a little bit."

Shen sighed as he watched her wrap her paw around his. "Don't look so nervous. At least try and look calm. You want to make a good first impression, right?"

He stretched his arm out behind her so that he could easily wrap it around her shoulder. He watched her acting nervously and slid closer to her, gazing down at her. "You alright?"

"Well yes but I'm not sure how to not act scared." She smirks feeling a little stupid.
Tiyat: *The hair all over her body stands on end and she tries to let out a sign that she was okay without seeming so nervous*
"Ya of course...."
*she smiles looking at him quickly and then turns to the tv*

He watched her. Maybe, for once in his life, he should show some compassion. As much of a kick as he was getting from seeing her looking so distraught, he was beginning to feel, what did they call it, symphathy? Yes, he felt bad, and it made him uneasy watching her so terrified at the simple thought of watching a "scary movie." "Hey, if you want, you can hold my hand. If you get scared, you can squeeze it, I promise it won't hurt me no matter how hard you squeeze." He offered her a paw, and the other arm that was behind her rested gently on her shoulders. The look on his hard, wizened face was one of compassion.

She looked down at his paw in wonder and slowly moved her paw twords his stoping for a moment and then finally placing her paw in his. Her cheeks lit up red and she smiled.
