Personally, the whole Daedalus Academy story sounds contradictory when I read it. It says no God Moding, but the character's are NPC's which kinda go hand in hand. It is safe to say that they are puppetmastering (Controlling characters w/o people's permission). So it's a very weird adjustment.
I'll become an active member....when I don't have any RP's to participate in, nothing to do, and am in a writer's freeze (Next advanced stage from writer's block) with all of my story's.

We need to do some recruiting. Anyone who has a friend that loves to RP like we do, and think that they can participate regularly, please don't hesitate to ask them to join.

Contradictory? Ok, well lets evaluate this shall we? It's actually a very SIMPLE concept when you think about it. A Non-player character is not in controlled by any single person, therefore you are not controlling another person's character. NPC's are temporary devices used by responsible people to advance the story.
Now remember this difference: Characters: Used by members on a regular basis and in control of all functions. NPC's: temporary characters not controlled by any single person (Edit) and shared among others.
Puppet-mastering? There is nothing wrong with that when concerning NPC's. If for example you have a secretary Mr. Masterson I would know to call that secretary and talk to that person pulling the strings but in a realistic way as to add realism to the story. Any god-modding of NPC's would be using them in an inconsistent manner.
edit: And so to stretch god modding as far as you have is a ridiculous notion.

I refer to you as either Masterson or Unknown on a regular basis text or verbally because I know you better as Masterson but technically you are Unknown. But also because Masterson is the only person in the RP I could imagine having a secretary.

At times I wish for less snow, but if there was no snow, spring just wouldn't be as nice.

That makes sense. But if you live in Texas, half the time you can wear a short-sleeved shirt in winter and feel fine. My dad rarely even bothers with winter clothes. It's horrible... And because I've lived here for so long, I'm starting to treat 50 degrees as COLD. (then again, my body temp does seem to be at least slightly lower than the average human's...)

If you want cold and snow, come to Chicago. I live near there and we've gotten that stuff a lot since November. It finally got to near fifty for us today and everyone thinks it's a warm up, considering we've woken up to wind chills that have been as low as -10* F, many of the people are sick of it, I'm not sick of it as far as snow goes though, because I'm starting to like snow. The weekend of my birthday, we got ten inches of the stuff and everywhere there were huge snow piles and kids playing in it. It was fun being in that situation. And then again, I do miss summer a little bit.

50 degrees! WOOT! That means warm weather is heading my way! The coldest we've hit here this year was only around -18*F, but it's a long winter and I believe that is going to get colder for all of us soon. The stronger the winter, the better the spring.

I don't know if that's true or not, but it's officially been winter for only fifteen days now. So we still have a longer period of winter to go by.
It sucks that I'm returning to school on Monday though. I'll be getting a job and I'll probably have lesser time to hang out on Gaia because of it. but I'll try to participate in the story whenever I can.
