Raleigh hung his head in shame, ignoring the praise Fashcharge gave, instead berating himself for his failure. It hurt, knowing that you were weaker than another. Yasuo was not so affected. The dog had fallen silent, and now sat staring at the ground without much thought.

Finally Raleigh managed to get a grip on his emotions. Taking a deep breath, he lifted his head. But he was still so tired...

"Raleigh!" Raleigh was quite suddenly grabbed from behind in a powerful hug. "Argh!" Letting out a cry he struggled in vain for a few seconds before realizing who's arms he was currently wrapped in.

"Ge'off!"

"You were so great Raleigh! You and that creepy dog thingo of yours and darn, you look real beat up now." Ruriska laughed heartily, giving one last squeeze before letting him go. She straightened out her dress and went to retrieve her sunglasses that had fallen off after her rush to embrace her boy.

"Come along now, let's go see what Charles had got to say."

With a ghost of a smile Raleigh started towards where Flashcharge and Rachel now stood, Ruri following behind.

Ooc: Raleigh's not feeling all that hot right now anyway. xP I thought it would be for the best... plus Ruri was just itching to hug him. I had to give in. biggrin

Rachel felt relieved everything was finally over. She looked up at Flashcharge and nudged him for a bit. "I'll give you your energy back now but you need to get down." She pulled on his outfit to try to get him to move faster.

As he did so, she put her hand back on his cheek and closed her eyes. She frowned again in concentration as she focused on returning some of the extra energy she currently had stored. And slowly, ever so slowly, the transfer started again, only in the opposite direction. She knew not to give as much as she wanted to because that was bad for her, so she tried to stop just in time.

She opened her eyes and gave the hero a tired smile. "Kay, done now," she muttered. Boy... did she feel tired. She eyed Raleigh as he was attacked from behind by his guardian and decided not to go to him anymore. She did want to help him, but she did feel sooo tired herself. She sighed and leaned against Flashcharge for a moment.

Oh look, there was Elvira, coming down to her. Hehe, she had that look on her face again. She was probably mad. She still had given out too much of her energy. And just like that, everything started to swirl away, color faded and she knew no more...

Ooc: Let's get this place moving. -starts dancing like a cheerleader- Pom-poms and all. xd

Despite being tired Raleigh hurried the last few steps after seeing Rachel faint. He halted nearby, watching her for a moment with a rather stunned expression before looking up and glaring at Flashcharge. "You killed her!" He accused.

"Relax, she just fainted Raleigh." Ruri had reached them. Putting her hand on Raleigh's shoulder she pulled him back a few steps, giving Rachel and Elvira room. Ruri was hoping that this thing wouldn't go on for much longer, she wanted to get Raleigh home, the poor kid looked a wreck. Though from what she could see, he was already getting better.

"Come on, let's go hear the last few things they have to say and then get the hell out of here." Ruriska steered Raleigh away towards Charles, nearly tripping over Yasuo as he came up beside her. "Darn dog."

Raleigh frowned. "He's called Yasuo."

With a small sigh Ruriska rolled her eyes, and put her hands on her hips. "Fine, darn Yasuo, better?" Ruri bit her lower lip, watching Raleigh as he stood there, taking in deep breaths. Putting Yasuo back together had taken a lot out of him. Darn dog...

Malcolm glanced back from where Charles was waiting for everybody to see if the others were coming. He immediately saw Rachel, collapsed in Elvira's arms, and couldn't help but wonder what happened. Was she all right? Charles hadn't started to speak or anything, so he seized the opportunity and squeezed away from Lonny, running toward Elvira.
When he reached the woman, he tugged on her sleeve and asked in a squeakier-than-normal voice, "Is she all right? What happened?" and awaited eagerly for an answer.

Malcolm breathed a sigh of relief, glad that Rachel was okay. "Yeah, sure." He took one last glance at her, feeling slightly guilty that he hadn't used his powers enough, then headed back over to where Lonny was standing. He tried to wait patiently for everybody, wondering what was taking so long for them to get there.

Charles cleared his throat and started speaking. He had noticed Rachel fainting, but seeing how the guardian didn't make a fuss about it, he assumed nothing was wrong and decided to get on with it.

He smiled as his eyes slid over the gathered children. Most of them looked quite exhausted and seemed to have put in quite the effort. He was most definitly surprised by the way they had managed to navigate in battle with a real Super.

"Well now, I have a few anouncements to make before you are all leaving. The first being that I have a new gadget for you."

He pulled a small device from his pocket, about the size of an adult man's handspan. "This is a teleporter. By setting coordinates you are instantly transported to a location. It's similair to the technology used to get you here, except that it's much more advanced. There are a few coordinates we have already set for you. Those are: Safe Haven, Meeting Point 7 and a transporter point in each of your neighbourhoods."

"As some of you may have found out, we have placed two pairs of you in every neighboorhood. So you might want to exchange addresses. To visit others that aren't in your neighbourhood, you can transport to the transporter point in each area and visit others from there.

Safe Haven is open to access for all of you. There will always be some security staff present to help you out.

Oh, one more thing. Of course there is a security system on the teleporters, this to ensure that it isn't abused. It is activated by both your voice command and your fingerprints. "

He cleared his throat before smirking. "Now, I am happy to anounce that every child in this room will be starting the Franklyn Junior High School in january!" He paused for a moment, expecting several groans. "Yes, yes indeed. Opportunities for you to make friends, now.." he paused again, frowning slightly. His voice sounded strict. "In all cases, the use of your powers is absolutely prohibited! Keep this in mind! Also, we, as in the government will not interfere with your education and we do expect you to pass. On your own. So you are required to do your best.

You will get to school by teleporter. Meeting Point 7 is the point you must teleport to. There will be civilian government agents waiting to drive you to school."

"If there are any more questions, you have my number. If you wish to receive some additional training, either by any of the supers or by our instructors, again, feel free to contact me."

Charles clapped his hands and smiled. "You all did very well today. Goodday." He nodded and stepped aside, leaving the exit clear for the guardians and children.
