Lilly covered her face with one of her hands. She didn't know how to explain it to him without freaking out. She loved him to bits, but she hated herself for what she would end up doing to him. She knew how much he loved being out in public and seeing his friends. She hated the fact that he wanted to be with so bad that he would give up who he was for her.

Lilly was going to argue but before she could open her mouth a very disgruntled and upset Cala pulled to a screeching halt in front of them. She threw teh car in park and stormed out of the car.
"What in the lords gravy is going on?!"

Cala grabbed at her chest. "You what?!"
"Gran! Don't be angry at him, it was my fault."
"And you! What in gods name happened to my grandbaby!?"
Lilly cringed. "I dove out of the way of a car..."

Dain sat up as much as he could. "She ran out of the restaurant and I took off after her. She nearly got hit but dove out of the way and hit the sidewalk. I kept running to see if she was okay then I got hit by another car." He hissed and laid back down. "Can we just get me out of here please?"

Cala was close to smacking both of them. She set her jaw and narrowed her eyes. "In the car. Now."
Lilly swiftly got Dain in the back of the car and climbed in with him.

Cala clicked her tongue as she turned to the car around and headed for the apartment. When she got there she turned the car off and growled. "Carry him up to his apartment."
Lilly bit her lip and managed to carry Dain up into his apartment with Cala on her heels.
Lilly managed to set him down as carefully as she could on the bed. "Wait in the car Lilly." Cala barked out. Lilly tried to protest but Cala glared at her. Lilly wiped her eyes and slunk out of the apartment.
