Bio: Andy is American. She was adopted by Jim and Kathryn Cole when she was 10 years old. She doesn't remember much before that or about her birth parents. This is attributed to a terrible illness. She doesn't much care though. She loves her parents even if they are a little bemused by their daughter. She's brilliant and they could never quite keep up with her but they love her dearly. She's in the UK for school. Some times she attends classes and sometimes she teaches but it's fun for her either way. She's also a bit of a tinkerer and inventor.

Other: Andy is really a Timelord. Unlike some other timelords, however, she actually is only 23 years old. From the beginning of the Time War, it was uncertain what the outcome would be and, in an attempt to protect them, the Novice Master used the chameleon arch on about a dozen of the most promising young novices and scattered them through time and space. Andy is one of these. She was only 11 when this happened, so even when she regains herself, she won't have the full knowledge of a Timelord.
As they leave the building they bump into (litleraly) a tall, young woman with short blond hair and a rumpled grey coat. She drops the unusual looking device she was fiddling with when she ran into you. It's about 8 inches long and 1 and a half inches in diameter, and looks rather like it used to be a small flashlight.
"Oh! I'm so sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going. I was thinking about something else you see and - Oh no! My prototype!"
She snatches her device and inspects it closely before sighing with relief and returning her attention to the pair in front of her.
"Sorry again. I get distracted sometimes. I really didn't mean to cause you any trouble. I'm Andi. Andi Cole. Pleased to meet you." and she extends her hand.
