hiruma didn't want to prolong the trip but being the senior member of the unit he had to make sure everything was completed.

Listing off everything they needed to do, Riyu smiled, glad to be able to go home soon, them having completed everything.

Hiruma could barely beleive that they were already finished. He remembered Akina and he wanted to get back to the village asap.
"alright lets move out"
He begins walking away towards home, begining with a slower pace to allow fora quiet get away.

maru was with two men, two men who he had never seen before today and who would serve hs purpose. They beleived him to be one of them, a guard in the service of the missing nins. He was disquised as a normal guard on patrol with them to search the surrounding area.
He knew exactly where the group of shinobi he had followed would be and he led the guards towards theem hoping for a confrontation.

As she continued to follow, Akina paused a moment, her eyes looking straight where the group of guards were.
Why are they in the open? Are they trying to be seen? A confrontation?

Hiruma noticed Ai stop, looking to the same spot as her. Seeing the guards he reacted instantly.
"we can't let them get away"
Hiruma lept at the group cutting off their escape before they had time to move.
Maru was glad to see the actions of Hiruma, he had expected this from him.
"we have to fight"
Maru instantly spied on Ai he went towards her telling the other 2 to take theothers. Maru had planned for this to happen the entire time.

Moving quickly, Riyu went at one of the men, his hand a fist as he made a couple of clones of himself, each carrying a kunai, made of wind that held tiny blades. No matter what he chose, he would get torn to shreds.
Hurrying towards the man who was coming to her, Akina pulled out a kunai, throwing one at him to make him go the other way, slamming a kick into his sternum.

Hiruma began fighting the guard that came after him. He soon came to find that the guard was no match for him.
Hiruma was not going t tlet these guards ruin his mission, which meant only one thing...they had to die.
Maru thought it was cute how she tried so hard. He caught the kunai with one hand and took the kick to the sternum. The kick was well placed but had little power behind it.
"Awe you can do better than that."
The 3rd guard was locked in a fierce clone battle with Riyu. Both men had made multiple clones of themselves and they wre all fighting at once.

Jumping back, Akina didn't think much of his comment, other then the man was being cocky. So, throwing some kunais, she also threw a punch at him, ice covering her fist, to make the impact harder.

Maru easily dodged all of the attacks akina threw at him, backing up as if giving ground to a superior fighter.
"you know i waited for you at your house all night."

Moving away a little, Akina paused, realizing what he meant.
Why did this guy... Why did he go into my house? He can't be a guard, there is no reason these men would have wanted to go into my house. Why is this man interested in me, and why is he here now? He is making himself look weaker then he is... he doesn't want Hiruma to take interest in this fight.
She stepped back.
"Who are you?"

Looking at him, she was really getting worried. He was trying to intimidate her... but at the same time... he was being truthful.
She just remained silent, kunai in hand.

Hiruma tired of the fight with this guard. Using his superior taijutsu he was able to get the guard on the ground before stabbing his through the chest with a kunai.
