Aoki's sense on nervousness practically disintagrated when her ears picked up the sound of Tao's enormous roars. Koh and Aoki weren't to far away from the theater, so maybe Koh heard it too, but Aoki knew it was time to go back. The red sky had now turned black, and little white stars dotted the cloudless sky. It was these kinds of nights Aoki liked to stay outside and sleep at her secret forest clearing, but, alas, no such luck tonight. Tao was angry, and her sister was probebly worried.
Aoki grinned and started dashing back to the theater.
"Later Koh-kun! Sorry to bother you!" She yelled over her shoulder, dissapearing behind some trees.

Yue glided easily through her Kata and exercizes as the commotion and noise compounded below her. It wasn't that she didn't hear the ruckus, it was just that it didn't matter to her now. She was centered, completely focused on what she was doing. She ducked, swung, and dove through a series of moves against invisibile foes, taking part in an intricate yet deadly dance on the uneven surface. She built up her energy as she went along, drawing more and more power from the rising moon. Her steps seemed to build to a crecendo, and then unexpectedly, she just stopped midstride, as if some unheard music had commanded her to at that instant.
Without further ado, she trailed her way to the edge of the roof. Sliding down the slopes, using railings and ivy to slow her descent, she almost seemed to fly from the rooftop until she touched down lightly to the ground, leaving no more impression on the soft lawn than a feather. Yue made her way to the front of the building and inside. The exercise left a faintly visible glow to her complexion that was more perceptable in the darkened interior. She left her face expressionless, but to the most observant there was a slight smile to her eyes that told how pleased she was with herself. Other than her meditations before she slept, her waking exercises were perhaps her favorite part of the day.
By all rights the woman should have been sweating profusely after such exertions, but she was quite dry to the touch. Yue felt... good. And since it seemed that the opera house was more lively now than it had been of late, perhaps she should see if anyone would care to join her before she went off on one of her solitary excursions.
Yes, tonight she was feeling playful. It was perhaps these seemingly random uncharacteristic expressions of her moods that kept everyone guessing about Yue, adding to her mystery. But to her it was simply another aspect of balance. There was a time to be serious, a time to playful, a time to be compassionate, and a time to be cruel. The important thing was the balance of all.

Tao came out of his room, which was spotless once again, after many minutes of insanely fast cleaning. As he walked up the steps he took off his goggles and unhooked half his face-mask so he could breathe easier. Unlike Yue, Tao was wet from sweat, but still had a pleasant scent about him. Even through all his cleaning the weapons-master still had his pair of katars attached to his arms, the blades inside their mechanical sheath, waiting to be unleashed by the correct muscle movement of his arm.
Tao sat on the stage and layed back, enjoying being home after so long a trip. "If anyone lets my equipment get into such bad condition again.... there will be butt kicking for everyone." He said in a semi-serious manner... because... more than likely he could take on 4 or 5 other memebers at the same time, depending who was fighting, and definately he could take on anyone 1 on 1.... he didn't wear the assassin gear for looks after all.

A silver-haired nymph a person was holding her breath, pressed, arched against the wall, stiff as a board in the silence. Her little brown eyes darting from corner to corner of this dark place, while half of her attention still placed upon the large, loud man who'd just barreled himself down the stiarcase leading down from the theatre building above. She tried her best to keep her breathing silent, but, since the sudden shock of seeing someone, she knew her heart was still pounding with excitement and fear. Not since that fateful day when she'd first became one of these sinful immortals, had she entered the headquarters, but, after many solid nights of huddling in the bushes, frozen to the core and lonely as could be, she thought a little poking bout in their theatre home would be alright. After all, she was one of them. Melora had been pleased when she'd stumbled upon a small staircase, leading down into a dark room, metre's below the rest of the house, warm air to breath, a glow off of old coal, still sparking every know and then, and utter quiet. Why, she'd thought this place to be a haven. Perhaps a forgotten room in the huge theatre, but she was obviously mistaken. That became evident when a man, much larger than herself, came down, deep into this basement room. Blocking her only exit.

Melora's eyes continued to widen, flicking from place to place, searching for any sign of an escape. Any way to escape from the precarious situation she'd landed herself in. Her eyes descended to the floor, where the man's things were strewn about, many articles left by the coal stove to warm and dry, and him, the man. He was tall, and heavily armoured, he appeared gruff, slick with sweat, she'd never seen anyone like him around here before. Or, in any case, she'd never seen anyone anywhere like him before. Deep in her mind, Melora was contemplating many things. Was he dangerous? Could she flee? Would he find her? What was going to happen? I never should've entered this wretched building. she thought to herself, her bottom jaw nibbling on her lip. He's going to find me, I just know it...

[Well, there you go Vanslaz, that's Tao she's talking about, just in case you skipped all of the 60,000 parts I make it obvious. mrgreen Also, peeps, it's not sure yet, the mail I recieved from this gurl was ineadequate, for now, but I have someone who may be joining us to play as Tomoyo. Wouldn't that be nice, hmm, Tsu? One of our originals filled up again. I hope she's better than the people we've had in the past. So far, though, by her first mail to me, I'm not so sure she will be.]

Koh sighed as Aoki left him. He didn't stop looking over toweards the valley below, but he muttered a very quiet, "Bye." Koh then leaned back, onto his arms, and looked up at the stars. Why was Koh so,.....distant? Why didn't he try and stop himself from being so distant from everyone else? Koh sighed heavily again. "Tell me whats wrong, please?" He whispered to himself. He wanted to ghet over this phase to be his normal self.

Aoki burst thtough the doors in spirited high-energy, laughing away at pointless things as her little male-counter-part appeared in the air beside her, poking her back constantly.
"Hello everyone!" She burst out as she dashed upstairs to a smal room on the 'second floor'... If you call it that. Aoki opened the creeky, un-used door, dust already forming in the air. She coughed, and looked around.
A single large bookshelf say in one corner of the over-sized room, old ladder hinges squeeking under the force of being moved. Her bed was under a large pile of Ind-ish looking pillows, decorated with beads and such.
Aoki's room was like three countries all coliding into a center point. The area with her large bookshelf was english-looking, sofisticated and flower patterend, while her bed looked like something out of an Indian palace, with the decorations around the rest of her room where chinese, more or less just Asian. Aoki cleaned up her place rather quickly with the help of her butterflies dusting pillows with their wings, and Aiko helping pick things up, rushing up and down the stairs, and into Tao's basement, stealing Aoki's treasures and placing them in his friend's room.

Aoki flopped on her pillow covered bed, looking at the curtains drapped on the ceiling above her bed.
Aoki loved her room...
...So relaxing...
She had a feeling of ease in her room, where she could just center herself and think for a while. Nothing particularly came to mind, friends, old missions, her sister, that pretty valley and her conversation with Koh, the golden butterfly relaxing on her finger... Her performance she promised to do tonight but decided to skip...
'Wow... This puts everything into perspective...' She thought lazily as Aiko dissapeared for the night and Aoki finally driffted off to sleep.
'Good day, today.'

Yue watched Aoki streak through the place in her loud and vibrant way. How does anything that loud ever manage to move as quietly as she does when she's stealing something? she wondered to herself. The girl headed straight for her room, most likely to sleep. Yue's day was just beginning, however. "Well, the child may be ready for bed, but I'm wide awake. Does anyone want to... play?" her lowered eyelids and the playful smirk on her lips left that last statement open to the vast variety of possible interpretations by the various listeners in the house.
