Taizen turned to Niima, at first he looked like he wasn't sure what to say as heactually analyzed her words over and over, making sure he'd made no mistake when he'd heard her. after he'd gone over it in his mind for a seventh time, his face contorted, and he had a smile on his face. Taikai seemed to take the news well, but the look on Taizen's face as the most shocking thing he'd ever seen. "Great! We don't really need anything Niima! Take your time, hey, do you need anything? I'm sure we can furnish the cabin a bit so that there is more than just a table and a bed! Right Taikai?" Taizen turned to give a smile to the bender. and when he saw the look on Taikai's face, he tilted his head in a fashioln tht showed he spent too much time with Niima.

"What?" He asked, the smile on hisface threatening to fall from his face with the old bender's shocked face. Taizen looked at his hand, and then passed it over his face, he looked at it as though it were unfamiliar, then he had the most shocked look on hjisface, Taizen resembled a younger looking Taikai. Taizen had heard what Niima had said but was too spell bound to say anything. After a minute or two, Taizen clasped his heart and gasped as though he had been swimming, "T-T-two days... Is that.. E-E-nough...?" Taikai still looked shocked.

She must of shared in Taikai's dumbfoundedness for a few moments. She wasn't expecting Taizen to be that excited. She was ready for him to pop a blood vessel he seemed so excited. She found herself blushing over the fact he was making such a big deal of it. She shook her head and smiled to Taizen. "I don't need anything, thank you. In fact I kind of feel like I am getting the 'special treatment' being set up in the captain's cabin as is. So please..no need to make a fuss over me. Two days is fine. Will give me time to do some personal things too. Is two days alright with you Master Taikai?"

She addressed poor Taikai to snap him out of his obvious stupified state. She smiled sheepishly to him before looking to Taizen. "I'm glad you are excited I am going." She reached over and playfully poked his cheek, chuckling a bit. Poor Taikai was going to have heart failure if Taizen kept that act up..or was it a act? Was he really that excited she was going? She would of blushed again if she hadn't focused her thoughts on things that needed to be done before departure.

She chuckled softly and assisted Taizen in helping Taikai find a seat. "Was it that bad?" She asked oh so innocently to Taikai. Poor old man..they where going to end up killing him at this rate. Specially if Taizen kept shocking him silly.

She blinked at Taizen's threat and a sly smile worked across her lips. "Oh but Taizen..Would you dare stain that handsome face of yours with blood and scare away those fan girls of yours? After all you worked so hard flirting with them while on stage.."

She attempted to hide the smile while she spoke. Her eyes rose though and she looked behind Taizen at something. Stepping away from Taikai she bowed to them both. "Please excuse me." And she trotted off after Master Dyn. Might as well give the news while she could find the monk. She walked aside the elderly man, speaking with him as they grew distance from Taizen and his teacher.

It would almost be close to the mid-night hour that she actually was seen again, venturing through the halls and towards her room. In her left hand, craddled in the nook of her arm, was her staff. Unlike most airbenders, her glader-staff had another function (but you won't get to know what it is yet!). Thanks to Master Dyn that function had been touched up. In her right hand, a thick wrap made of some type of hides, to keep her warm during the journey.

The look on her face though..was stern. Unlike her normal cheerful self she seemed more distant. Or was it just sleep overshadowing her features. It had been a long talk with Master Dyn, and several things where brought forth for her to mule over. But her decision was made..she was going with the two waterbenders..

Upon entering her room she was nearly tackled over by Guardian who zipped clear out of the room and disappeared down the hall. She watched with a raised brow. Finally she shook her head and chuckled..opps..forgot to leave the door open..the feline probably needed to answer nature. She looked back to her room and sighed. Still a mess. Wow..Taizen had made her angry! She started to clean up and prepare her things.

After packing she had apparently passed out across her bed. No, not like a regular person..but literally across. Her feet dangled off the edge, shoeless. Just right for...Guardian to be evil with. The door nudged open the large feline entered, seeing it's companion passed out. But he was hungrrrryyyyy! Thump, thump, thump. Guardian trotted over to her and began to lick at the bottom of her feet. After two strokes she was up, rolling off the bed laughing. Eyeing the feline from the veil of her hair she grumbled, rubbing her bare feet against the floor.

"That wasn't nice Guardian..I was having a good dream.."

The feline 'answered' by moving over to her, nuzzling her face with it's cheek and rumbling out a thunderous purr. "Yeah..yeah..*Yawwwwnnn* Guess you are hungry huh? Why don't you go bug the monks in the kitchen.." As she spoke she slowly started to lay back down. Guardian, however, wasn't about to let her get back to sleep.

TWAP! She made a muffled sound from her curled up spot on the floor when the large paw found her head. "Alright! Alright...." Sighing she stood and slunk off towards the door, down the hall and towards the kitchen. Behind her..trotting most merrily..was Guardian.

After feeding the large beast she walked slowly, almost at a crawl pace, towards her room. It was then she noticed..the sky was growing lighter and with that realization she started to groan. Almost morning..

She never made it back to her room to sleep. In fact she stopped there only to collect her staff. If she stayed she would of went back to sleep then she wouldn't be waking up till way past noon. Instead she decided to get in some practice for herself. Moving out into the field she looked about, making sure she was the only one there. Smiling merrily she leaped up to land on one of the high-rise pillars.

Her feet rested close together, her staff resting in the crook of her right arm. Her left foot snapped the butt end of her staff, sending it upward to craddle in her arm. As the staff found it's way into position her foot landed firmly and her body shifted it's weight onto that foot while the other rose then stomped forward. Staff circled between hands then shifted to rest against shoulderblade, tucked under arm. Snapped back forward she swept a arch before her, staff moving from right arm to left. The snow blow flurried upward in protest of the wind being bended along with the staff motions. Ends swapped at the air two times each end, her feet shuffling on that one pillar carefully. The staff end finally met air in a slam motion, sending the flurries up even more. The staff was swung back and over her shoulder, her other hand resting to grab the other end from her side. A metallic snap and the staff became two shorter staves, connected only by a thing string of leather which now wrapped somewhat around her body from the position of disconnection.

But there was still plenty of length to do what she needed. Each where splut elegantly between fingers before the left was jabbed several times forward, the right held firmly to side. A sweep of foot, the left hand drew the short staff in same position as the right. So far the flurries of snow had only been raised half way up the pillar from her actions but now it was time to end things. The sun was coming up and pretty soon the temple would be bustling. Twirling the right staff between fingers she raised it from her side. A quick stop as it settled in her palm and she raised it even higher, bending the air sharply upward her right side. As the flurries of snow burst upward her left hand followed the first, pretty soon surrounded by flurries of snow. Her body dipped downward and both staves where thrusted outward, exploding the flurries from herself with a fierce burst of circular air. Her body, carefully balanced upon toes, curled upward, staves clenched close as the air was draw back to her, imploding the flurries just before she thrusted her body upward. Staves sweeping upward to burst the flurries in a almost show of snow. Like sparkling threads the snow followed the current of air upward like branches of mystical tree.

As the flurries began to fall about her she clasped the staves together and swept them before her from right shoulder to left hip, disturbing the flurries all the more as she settled. Flicking her wrist she turned the end of the left staff, rubbing her thumb against a switch that retracted the leather and pulled the staff's ends together and back into one. Twisting the ends she heard a small click that symbolized that the staff was whole again and even able to glide now.

Huffing she watched her breath on the chilled wind, waiting for a few moments for her breath to even out before she would sit on the pillar and enjoy the rest of the morning's colored sky.

Fulgar watched her performance. Nearly flawless. The familiar blue flames of hers struck the rock, and explosion occured that was satisfying. "Good, good... You exhaled, the power was good, I think you can give it a little more, other than that perfect!" Once again he had the chance to see the extent of her prodigal strength.

Fulgar let out a deep breath. He was about to do something drastic. It was neccessary.

He rocketed himself in front of his student. His eyes turned toward the hard stone they walked on. Shadow wreathed his eyes as the sun beat down upon his face. Fulgar looked up his face was pale, he really didnt want to do this. "Youre ready." Fulgar said barely audible his voice was dry he said the next part more clearly as he raised his head and took his scythe from its holster "show no mercy."

Fulgar swung the great scythe embedding its steel into the mountain side its wrought iron blade erupting with the fires of hell he lifted the blade from the newly created crack in the earth the fingers of fire slowly went out. He wasnt going to hit her with the blade, this was a test of her ability to fight with weapons, if she could successfully lay a blow onto his body she would be ready to take on anyone.

Fulgar moved his hands in a repetitive motion keeping them flowing forward, backward. fire beat down onto the soil in front of her feet. He wasnt going to hit her, this was her turn to hit. He threw fire ball after fireball at her feet.
