"I-I don't know," Kaleb said timidly, and he would have been fidgeting with his paws if he wasn't still favouring his injured wrist. "I-it's a pretty strong spell..."

"Right .... so that means my a** has to walk down to the lockers and get pants" He shrugged. He'd walked around the building in far less than his boxers to that had been after hours and no one around but security guards that knew to keep their mouth shut.

"S-sorry," Kaleb muttered regretfully, and then shakily got to his feet. "I-I'm really glad you practiced with me though," he said with a weak smile. Even though he had been knocked down and wouldn't be able to take notes without pain for a few days, he was still hoping Reno would be willing to play with him again. "Did you need me to heal your hands?" He asked hesitantly, thinking about the burns.

"Nah, i'm good." He shrugged and tossed the e-mag back towards its rack before going to pick his back up again. "You're still gonna owe me if i cant fix this" He grinned as he wagged it at Kaleb.

Kaleb nodded, at least at this point he wasn't worried about not having enough money, at that very moment finding a good place to sit down and rest for a bit was of more concern to the mage. He didn't think it would be a problem anyway, if Reno had modified his weapon before, he would probably be good enough to fix an electrical overload from that spark of electricity.

He held out a hand to Kaleb. "Come on ... you can go sit down in the lounge while i find pants." He chuckled.

Kaleb blinked before giving Reno a lopsided smile and accepting his offer of help. He had been a little surprised that Reno would make sure he was put somewhere safe and comfortable, rather than going to find pants and letting him fend for himself. "Thanks," he said quietly, feeling warm with gratitude and happiness despite his injuries.

He nudged Kaleb toward the door. "Come on, i'm getting cold" He knew what full shocks from the e-mags could feel like so since Kaleb wasn't some creep he was dealing with he could be nice.

"Sorry," Kaleb said again, letting himself be guided back to the lounge. The initial sharp pain and unusual tingling feeling was starting to fade, and as it did it was replaced by a dull ache that made it kind of painful to breathe.

Reaching the door he pressed the pad to open it. "Go sit down and tell Rude to get you something for the shock." He laughed as headed down the hallway. For all that pants were overrated he needed them to work

"I-it's not that bad, really," Kaleb said in reply, before stumbling inside so he could flop down in the closest available chair. It was comfortable, and he sank into it with a happy smile on his face.

Rude was still in the lounge but now on the phone with someone. Looking at Kaleb he tilted the phone away for a moment. "He hit you with the e-mag didn't he?"

Kaleb had closed his eyes for a second, but he opened one when he heard Rude speak to him, and then nodded. He didn't say anything though, not wanting to interrupt while the other Audio was on the phone.

After a few grunts and one sentence that sounded much like it would have been a curse had he used those words he flipped the phone shut. "There are pants glued to the floor in the gym?"
