Lang - Half a year of this. You know, I went through the old R&C Guidelines posts for the sake of nostagia, and I almost got choked up. xd I don't recommend going through the old GASOC thread; it made me really sad to see Shiro, Ryuu and Iyou's posts. gonk
axel - I can understand the legal aspect due to the fact that fanficion IS techinally illegal, but I don't understand an author who is so unappreciative of her fans that she doesn't allow a little abuse of her characters. You should see how J.K. Rowling deals with fanfiction: she loves it! My friend tells me that Rowling adores the fact that fanfic authors refer to Voldemort as "Voldy" and so on. If I were a successful author, that's how I would be.
